For the second day in a row, my package was delivered to the wrong house. The same house number, but the wrong street - how does this even happen - TWICE IN ONE WEEK - in a day and age when we have GPS devices?! I’m very disappointed, and there’s no customer service number I can call to get this fixed in any kind of timely matter.ETA: I wound up going for a walk & found the house that matched the photos in the email I had received, and I retrieved my package myself from the homeowner. Later today, the delivery guy came by my house to apologize for delivering my items to the wrong house, which is nice. Increasing to three stars.

Driver's should learn how to deliver packages they just throw them on the porch or don't even bother coming to the house they just put it in the mailbox I have a note on my door saying to place packages in the box on the porch but why bother getting out of their vehicle Purolator DHL Fed Ex can do it so why can't Intelcom I'm not very satisfied with the service and have complained to shippers

My package was wrongly addressed and even delivered to that address but the package was given back to him. He called all day until I finally arrived home and he could get my right address. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks to his persistence I dont have the aggravation of it being returned. Thank you again to that conscious delivery man. Linda Kibbee"

It was delivered almost a week earlier then the date they said it would arrive. I'm extremely happy. Packaging was great and not damaged. Plus it's during the holidays and I expected something to go wrong and everything went better then I could've ever hoped for. This shipping company rocked my socks!!!
