I went in store first thing in the morning. There was no line up so I was helped right away. The store manager came out to help me and got my hardware upgrade done quickly and efficiently. It was a corporate plan so I will be sure to send other coworkers his way.

I had a great experience at Rogers today and received the best customer service from Jas. He was super helpful and informative. He made the process of purchasing a new phone super easy. Moving forward, he will always be the person I turn to for any phone needs. Thanks Jas!

A little over two weeks ago after getting a new iPhone (and adding a 2nd line to my account) for my boyfriend at the Apple store upstairs I went downstairs to the Rogers to only one associate working in the store and not even greeting myself nor my boyfriend when we entered the store. At one point I saw another associate open the door to the back room he saw me and immediately slammed the door shut. I really needed my phone set up for my boyfriend and was completely appalled at the lack of professionalism from this Rogers location and it's staff. We ended up going across the way to wireless Wave where they were more than happy to give us the time of day and help us with our new line and phone needs. I would not recommend this Rogers location to anyone as they clearly do not care about their customers whatsoever and have no professionals working for them.

Advertising everywhere that you can get a $55/month plan but when I go in to get a new plan the lowest they can offer is $65/month... only been a customer for 10+ years but they do not care about customer retention. Wasted my time trying to deal with this as no one is actually trying to help their existing customer. Going to the competition as they are offering a cheaper plan and have better cell coverage.

Wow, great customer service from manager Jas today. He put a ton of effort into saving us money and getting us the right phones. He's knowledgeable about phones and Rogers, and that was a great combination.

Bobby is the best customer service person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Simply the best…not just at this store. Any store, anywhere. Numerous times I have walked in and said “I’m having serious problems with my phone/account, it’s not good!” and this guy is so awesome to deal with, he won’t just get you sorted with your phone issues, he can turn your whole day around. I’ll even go so far as to say 10 minutes with this guy can brighten your outlook on life. He is one cool cat. Give this guy a raise and a promotion. And a new car. And a vacation. Please. I’ll stay a rogers customer as long as Bobby is an employee.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was unhappy with terms and conditions of my contract which I felt was basically a “negative billing” scheme. The young clerk basically said there was nothing he could do. The staff kept directing me to go elsewhere to remedy the situation. “Go to Wireless Wave and complain about not being informed” or “Go to Apple Store to repair the phones for trade in”. Our phones were fully operational which is what most people call “good working order” (wording from correspondence) as opposed to being undamaged cosmetically. The staff told me to call Rogers which was next to impossible because they seem to hide the number online. 45 minutes of online chat and two agents later, an agreement was reached without any help from store staff. This could be from a lack of resources or training.

Sales guy was new and didn't mention before or after closed the sales. All the hidden details regarding the customer satisfaction cancellation policies . Even customer service was the worst part, it's a nightmare and very aggressive . Roger should consider get a personality test before hiring .Definitely not recommend
