Would be 0 star if i could, did a mobile order and it still took 45 mins for my order, this isn’t the first time either, they always run out of heavy cream. Will no be back.. this is ridiculous. There was other customers there too that had been waiting for over half an hour if not more, unacceptable..

placed a mobile order at 2h18 was supposed to be ready at 2h27 and 3h20 still not ready. i only ordered 1 drink changed your mobile average times if it takes more then 4-7 min because it takes pass 1 hours !! Not going back at this location very slow and staff takes theirs time laughing and talking to each other. If i could give no stars i would give a big 0

The partners that work here are all friendly and take pride in making sure your order is correct. Because this isn't your run of the mill coffee shop, and orders can get pretty complicated, don't expect a quick visit. Their menu as it appears is pretty simple, but people order a variety of things that aren't even mentioned on the menu. This sort of thing can take some time.Otherwise, great spot to go and I love my Trenta Vanilla Cream Cold Brew.

I understand this starbucks has opened just recently and there is a learning curve, but the service just seems to get worse.. They really should get new management. So many times they have messed up my order and the order of other people while I was there, it’s bad. I love my starbucks but when I receive something else that I have asked for, I want my money back. Seriously disappointed in this location.

Not sure who it was in the drive thru but it didn’t start very strong with the girl snapping at us when we asked to make sure we ordered the right lemonade, she handled all of our food with her hands to put it in the oven which didn’t seem very good safe or safe for herself having her hands inside of the oven. And then once we reminded her we were waiting on one more drink and asked for a straw as it was a blended lemonade she had attitude behind it as well. Not a very big fan of the service thank goodness it was not our home store.

I went in today to order a pistachio Frappuccino. It was good. The wait after ordering was 29 min I couldn't believe how long I waited in-store while they pumped out drive through orders. Very unorganized in my opinion.

Brand new Starbucks. Service is slow because of that but the staff are trying their best. The chai tea latte is pretty good. I didn't try any food here yet so no comment on that. The atmosphere is modern and quiet in the evening. A nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of other coffee shops (TH). It is on the pricey side but it's worth it. I'll be back and recommend trying it out.

Don’t order here! Took over an hour in the drive through for no reason. There is plenty staff but they can be seen chatting and laughing with each other, poor management since they’re clearly not trained properly. 30 minutes between ordering at speaker and getting to the cash when they told me they no longer have the type of milk I ordered. Never going here again.

definitely finding it’s groove. Hopefully the service and speed will improve as it they find they’re footing. Staff is friendly, they gave us hot drinks instead of iced and quickly remedy’d their mistake.
