Wander Event Rentals

Great experience using Wander Event Rentals for my local wedding in August in Bellingham. They have a great selection of items for a variety of décor preferences. They provided prompt quotes when inquiring about pieces on their website. They coordinated with me patiently as a changed my mind multiple times on what I wanted to pick for my final rental pieces.They were very accommodating when one of the couches I reserved was no longer available due to damage from an earlier renter, they provided an equal to greater alternative.For the more financially conscious person there are a few ways to make it a slightly more affordable decision. I supplemented the furniture I rented from them by purchasing several pieces secondhand (then reselling) and borrowing from family. I also rented a U-Haul in which I saved significantly on what I would have spent if I had it delivered by them. Both things I did to save money were only possible due to my local friends and family in the area. I would say their prices are very fair and only consider doing the DIY portion yourself if you have the time and resources.

We went with Wander Event Rentals at the recommendation of our wedding planners and I am SO glad we did! The rentals really brought the vision for our celebration home and honestly, I want to take some of the pieces and incorporate them into my personal living spaces! They have perfectly curated their selection and I'm so glad I got to incorporate their selection into our day!

I absolutely love working with Wander Event Rentals!! They have an incredible inventory and are extremely easy to work with! As a vendor, I appreciate the ever-changing options. They are always adding new pieces to the collection and are very responsive to what customers and vendors are looking for! I am never bored with the selection! I recommend them to all my couples!! Wow! Working with the Wander team was a dream come true!The venue we chose for our reception required a coordinator - initially I wasn't thrilled about this requirement as I had booked majority of our vendors. I can tell you now it was 1,000% worth it! Sara was our main contact and instantly she made us feel at ease - she met us where we needed to be met and handled all coordination leading up to the event seamlessly. The day of we were fortunate enough to have both Sara & Tosha handling everything - big and small details. They even decorated our tables! During our reception Sara did a fantastic job keeping us on track - I don't know how we could've made it through the day without her! Another major plus - at the end of the night Sara & Tosha packed our car. I can't even begin express the amount of appreciation I have for that level of detail and care. Both my husband and I highly recommend Wander and their amazing team!

Wow! We hired Wander Event Rentals for our intimate backyard wedding dinner. Their rental selection was gorgeous and they had everything you needed to create a magical evening. Their rentals and decor created a dreamy environment for our reception and we couldn't have been more happy. Sarah was amazing to work with. She was very responsive, professional, and flexible. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Wander was truly amazing - all of their pieces are so unique and helped bring our vision to life! They were especially accommodating when we needed to make some last minute changes/additions to our rentals. Everything popped so well on our wedding day and we got so many compliments. Wander did an amazing job with my wedding! The rentals were absolutely stunning for our backyard wedding in the mountains. Their staff was so communicative and always was willing to help when I had questions. As a wedding venue manager and destination wedding planner, I can't recommend them enough to any couple looking for rentals in Washington!

I had such a great experience working with Wander for my wedding in Mount Vernon. The rentals were absolutely stunning and were perfect for my wedding decor vision. They were also very affordable relative to other rental companies. (Plus you don’t need to rent tablecloths!) Working with the Wander staff was also great. Sara and Cara were very helpful and had fantastic decor insight, they were prompt in responding to my emails and requests, and they were always very friendly. The staff that delivered/picked up the rentals on the day of were also great. They showed up early and had everything constructed/arranged efficiently. All around great experience!

Wander has some of the best rentals in the PNW! They're easy to work with and efficient! We have worked with Wander several times and each time it all comes to life so perfectly within the vision!!
