Awesome people! I had nothing but dead ends and folks not willing to help me as I was a new client to over border shipping...Then I tried PCB and they walked me along and showed me the way. Catherine is amazing!!! Thank you PCB!!

Pls hire more people to process paperwork fast..they take hours to transmit paperwork to customs after recieving them.. 4 hours drive from shipper to border and they transmit docs after 4 hours...then come and sit at border for hours till load will get cleared..had to do a sleep in a same day trip.. bcz of there slow processing.. pls respect drivers time aswell..hire more people..

Absolutely wonderful! Devon & Katherine are rock stars getting everything handle quickly when another broker company failed and we were stuck. Very much appreciate you guys.

The best customs broker hands down. Live people on the phone 24/7 who are always friendly! I enjoy working with them and would encourage anyone who is looking for a customs broker to use PCB.

Horrible customs broker and freight forwarder!!! Has charged my credit card multiple times for the same brokerage. Some charges showing up months after the fact. Don’t let them handle your freight or business. What a mistake, never again! Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I've been working with these people for about a week today..Nothing so far. It's annoying and nothing fast for sure.

Awesome company and people to deal with. My very first time doing all these and they have support on everything and no kidding, all time too. I need to have a package clear and deliver to my store on a Monday. and late Friday night they help open up an account for me, sat to finalize everything and Sunday to confirm all the pick ups. Hardly believe there such company in Vancouver seriously open 24/7. Every time i have a question, when i call the help line, it takes less than 3 minutes and for sure they will be someone picking up my call. An absolute 5 star experience.

This Company used to be good, now their service and professionalism has dropped drastically , ever since they got the plants loads accounts they takes 7-8 hours to clear simple shipments and if you call to follow up be ready to face some very rude people. I hope they go back to their old fast and reliable service.

No french services when handling costums to Québec Canada is a problem for me. They also didnt send a detailed price initially wich took me by surprise when the amount to pay was 1000$+ over what I expected to pay. They did offer to refund and did do an excellent follow-up tho. Would be 5 stars with the customer service I recieved if they offered french service and I wouldn't have that surprise while looking at my credit card

Horrible service. And when the going gets tough They drop you like a hot potato! My best advice is ... find another broker!The ONLY reason you say that you thought i would be better served by another broker " is because when i needed you to do your job and go to bat for me you decided that you would rather work for the government than your customers! You guys made tons of mistakes... and then when we are in a difficult position...you bail out and leave me hanging. that was a serious failure on your part!Your ratings are sinking faster than the titanic...i wonder why that is? I will give all the people (also known as potential customers in case you are confused ) three guesses and the first two don't count!"
