I came here one year ago , my hair dresser is Marietta, i can’t believe she still remembered every detail of our last talk. she is always patient and listen to my preferences, and i am very satisfied with her awesome service .

Don't have your hair done with Marietta, she is a very rude and irresponsible hair stylists. She ruined my highlights in 2021, I wanted a silver color highlights but it turned out blue. She was in a rush to do her next appointment that's why she can't focusv9n my highlights to do it right and nice. I always had to go back to her to redo it because the first highlights didn't turned out right. When I went there in January 2021 for silver highlight color, she did it, but you what? she didn't used the foil on my bangs, and when she took me to the back to rinse my hair, it wasn't silver, it was blue.She don't focus when her next client already arrived, she will rush the work on your hair, because the next client had arrived.Unfair practiced, BAD, BAD, BAD!PALPAK ANG LABAS, THEN SHE WILL SAY TO YOU DONT GET MAD HUH!

SAMAR - Best Stylist in Richmond! 22 years and still commuting from Nanaimo back to IN STYLE SALON in Richmond ...I would travel to the ends of the earth for Samars hair care! Seriously.

I've been here twice for a haircut and it has been a great experience both times. The price is fair, the place is modern, the people are great, and the quality of service is phenomenal. I've had problems in the past where I would tell the barber to cut my hair short and they leave it too long, but not here. I would highly recommend this place for a haircut.

Really nice ladies here! I didn't have an appointment but she fit me in, which for a busy looking salon I wasn't expecting. I have really curly and thick hair but she knew what she was doing! In the end I my hair was trimmed down by about 5 inches and layered for about 50 dollars. I'll definitely come back next time. EDIT: also included was a shampoo of course!
