Garbage office. My mother is an elderly woman who can barely walk and barely see. She had an appointment, confirmed via email and phone. When she arrived, they told her she didn't have an appointment. When she showed them the confirmation THEY sent, they acted like it wasn't their fault when they obviously overbooked. After trying to take advantage of her being an old lady and blaming her, they finally admitted it was their fault, but they refused to let her see a doctor. She toook an uber from Vancouver to see the doctor in Richmond and was sent away. The two ubers cost her $70. For an old lady who struggles with mobility, this is difficult. I would never recommend this joke of an office.

You are better off at any other walk-in clinic— you will, at the very least, have a better chance at being listened to and getting a prescription; as it seems the docs in this clinic specifically only write refills for their patients— you will be referred elsewhere if you need anything other than a refill on existing medication.Unprofessional and unorganized staff and doctors. Was almost sent home despite having an appointment because they didn’t realize they had booked three people with the same first name for three different doctor appts at the same time. They only realized when the three of us were standing at the counter showing them our appt times, refusing to just “go home” like reception was telling us.If you want to avoid the in-person chaos, phone calls aren’t much better. You will be given a phone appointment time and oftentimes you will get the call hours later, or even the next day. They stop answering their phones early, so if you’ve been given a phone apt and are still waiting for it when it’s nearing 4pm, you can’t even call them to inquire.Your concerns are not taken seriously, and you are rushed through your appointment without being heard. You are nothing but a number to them, and the more numbers they get in, the better their pay is, regardless of if they actually help you or not.Don’t waste your time, as this office’s doctors rarely provide actual help. They’ll send you for tests and referrals and will never take your concerns seriously. For a doctor to tell an older, immunocompromised person during Covid that severe breathing issues are simply “anxiety” and to get over it, is not only appalling, but the LAST thing you should ever hear from someone who you are trusting to take your medical needs seriously. It’s a nightmare to try and get a new kind of medication; even something like an eczema or psoriasis cream is something they aren’t allowed to prescribe???

Dr Sanaz Sarikhari is a breath of fresh air She is the most caring, dedicated doctor my parents have had in their 70 years of life. She cares and it shows in her care and carful follow up. You can’t find yourself in better hands.

Awesome staff, clean place, and online booking system is very convenient! Paul Padda is the best doctor I've ever had. So attentive and knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have gotten in at this clinic!

This is a very poorly managed clinic with the worst possible staffs at the front desk. They are always over booked. The waiting time is at least two weeks for their current clients, even with an urgent case.The receptionist (the Indian lady) always cut me off — this has happened multiple times! The receptionist lady just cut me off again today and said:” I AM NOT HERE TO LISTEN TO YOU !” —— can’t believe the manner.You are a receptionist and your job is to LISTEN TO clients’ questions, fully understand their concerns, and then provide information accordingly. Instead, you cut people off, not letting them finish their sentences, and even tell them — “I am not here to listen to you!” Then why are your being there? Being pretty and collect paycheques?

Dr. Sanaz Sari Khani is a bad doctor! She severely lacks medical knowledge and forgets often what she says she'll do. She's not detail oriented and generally gives bad medical advice. She also works only 2 days a week which means we have to make appointments with her at least 2~4 weeks in advance. We have a young family and can't wait for 1 month just to have a brief and unhelpful visit with our family doctor. We have very little confidence in her as a doctor. We are in the process of looking for another family doctor.I don't understand the positive reviews about the front desk. They are rude and unhelpful to me and my family. If you take a look at those who left a positive review and had a positive experience, you'll see that they're all white...do I simply have the wrong skin color for this clinic?

UPDATE Mar 2022: Holy s***! There finally appears to be a new online booking system, with the clinic phone number available. Hallelujah!My family DR moved here. I don't know about walk-ins, but booking an appointment with a DR, SHOULD be easy, but it's tricky because:1. It's online. If you are in the computer system, great. If not, it says to call the office and set yourself up. Good luck finding the number to call the actual office. There is no office number to be found ANYWHERE. Though, whenever I'm in the office, the phones ring NONSTOP. I feel bad for the receptionists who are balancing the phones while answering in-person patient questions and check-ins.2.
