Oakridge Golf Club

Played for the first time at Oakridge Golf Course early October 2021. We played a hybrid of red/gold tees. The course has really interesting layouts for the holes with a surprising amount of elevation changes, good amounts of water and sand to challenge your accuracy, and generous greens to target. Mature trees define the borders of many of the holes, which makes for very attractive fall golf. Overall condition of the course was very good but the greens had been aerated and dressed with sand which made for more variable putting results. I look forward to playing here again when the greens are in their best condition since I'm sure their speed would really challenge putting and further improve the value of the great golfing experience at Oakridge.Update July 2022: Returned to Oakridge for another round, this time bringing a couple of first timers with me. Greens were in excellent condition and very enjoyable to putt and our group of four had a great time playing. We all said we would return.

Had an amazing day playing Oakridge. The course was in great shape and was an overall great trek. More importantly, the service was A+. I had some logistical issues getting my clubs there, but Brandon and the team took care of me and got me setup for the day. The superior service was the cherry on top of a fantastic day. Can't wait to get back there!!

Great course with challenging fairways! Most holes are spaced out from each other and combine that with the narrow fairways on some of them, you can't miss much and expect to be saved by finding your ball on an adjacent hole. Greens were in great condition but really fast. Really nice staff too!

Ok. Public course. Grounds were a bit rough. Staff very friendly. A few players were a bit annoying/seemed a bit entitled. Its a public course, not the pga. Foursomes dont play as quickly as a 2 or 3 so things might back up a minute or two. What happened to courtesy.

Played this course for the first time this past week and really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly, course was in excellent shape. There are some really interesting holes. I was glad I took a cart, it is walkable but it is hilly and there is some distance between a few of the holes. I’ll be back to play when in the area again.

It was the last day for Oakeridge Golf Club for this season. Everything maintained top notch! Nice green, fairways, tee boxes. Friendly staffs and members. For the money, this course have a very nice design, nice layouts, I would come back anytime.

A gem. Really one of the best clubs in the area. Professionally run and a real challenge. Great value too.

Well taken care of, great layout and a perfect mix of strategy challenges and ease of play. A little hidden gem in Durham.
