Fusion Products customer service was a refreshing change from the norm. They were very pro-active and supportive. They were also very prompt and unlike the customer service provided by most companies today, they offer a way to maintain communications. They even helped with a defective product, similar to there own but by a different manufacturer. They are definitely top tier. My contact Sherri was a real pleasure to work with.

It is really hard to get excellent service but I sure found it here. We bought new lights and got them home and only one worked. I tried to replace the batteries but the way the lights were designed I would ruin the light to replace the battery. I wrote to the company to see how I could replace the batteries and they said I could not without ruining the light so without hesitation they sent me 3 new light. Unbelievable.... thank you for great service.

Two years ago we landscaped our backyard. Two of our low voltage Bollard lights have burned out and the store we purchased them from no longer carry’s that style. I contacted Fusion Products Limited and was helped by Sherri. She tried her best to hunt down the lights for me with no luck. She immediately offered two other replacement lights and her sincere understanding of our dilemma. Sherri is awesome! Great customer service. Thanks again Fusion.
