The one bright spot in my year-long-renovation-from-hell was Nicola Evans. She is the consummate professional who took the time to collaborate with me on everything from drawings and lay-out to finishing and furniture. She got to know me, and what I liked, and was able to create a living space that I love. Nichola is very responsive and will provide as much advice and assistance as you want - and she pushed me outside my comfort zone and I am thrilled with the final outcome.

Our project went extremely well upon engaging Nichola Clare Designs to assist with and help us make the right selections for all aspects of the upgrade work. It did not matter what the topic was they always had a great wealth of knowledge and contacts to make things happen in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Nichola has been amazing. We wanted to refresh the exterior of our 36 year old home. Nichola helped us turn our ideas and wishes into a wonderful statement that exceeded our dreams. She was instrumental in aligning the right trades and she was relentless in making sure the trades did the job to the highest level. A few time she caught even small discrepancies and made sure the trades corrected them. One thing that I believe is rare is Nichola's communications skills. She communicated to a level that made us feel comfortable that the whole project was under control. Our neighbours and people we don't even know have stopped by to comment on how amazing the house looks. I cannot say enough about Nichola. I cannot imagine doing anything without her.

We completed a major renovation that involved a full reno of the entire main floor of our 1,630 sq.ft., 1990’s vintage bungalow. Nichola demonstrated an uncanny ability to beautifully influence the design and finishing while listening to and incorporating our ideas. More that once Nichola found a way to meld two different visions into a final product that was better than we had ever expected. Excellent taste in decor. Nichola helped us select fantastic furniture that just fits into the theme perfectly.
