I gave this two stars last time I was here because the portions were tiny! I like the flavour so I thought I would try again today...that was a mistake! the portions were even smaller!A lot of money to charge for a bowl that is 1/3 full!I ended up walking out. I went next door to Subway where they filled the bowl and the price was more reasonable. It wasn't quite as tasty but being ripped off destroys the flavour for me.Text below if from my last visit.....I went here all the time in the summer and the food is great but the portions are shrinking. . Stop being so chincy!Your prices are not low and this bowl is about half full compared to what I was getting in the summer.

honestly i eat Quesada in Toronto often and it’s pretty good, having it here was a different story. I noticed that a lot of the veggies and meat were left out over night. Pretty disgusting - the staff also clearly had no idea what they were doingDo better

Share my experience? What experience, absolutely just horrible, guy behind the counter wouldn't serve us he was to busy for us and we were there for a quick lunch so I walked out and went to subway nice service honestly I've never been more discusted in the service, btw next time u want to promote Mexican food make sure u have somewhat of Mexican music not Indian music honestly I will never return and don't come on here and say Ur sorry for my experience lol Ur a joke

I called them before making the order, i told that i want proper labels on each wrap. They told me they will take care of it. I just called them because i am pure vegetarian. They delivered all 4 wraps but labels were completely wrong. On my wrap it was written whole wheat veggie and it was chicken inside. I have never seen this type of mistake in my life. I called them for the complain and they told me that it happened because the guy was under training. It was really disappointing for me. I got sick because of this mistake and never ever refer this place. Please vegetarian people don’t ever take risk.

Awesome service, nice food . All the cuisines that we eat was really fresh. They take proper care of vegetarian food . The store was very busy but they take proper care of very guest, all the employees was very fast. And polite .Ill recommend everyone to visit this food treasure and get healthy .

I give this a 2 star mainly because I enjoy the flavors, otherwise it would likely be a 1.The first couple of times I went to the Gravenhurst location I was happy with the portion size of the Burritos. The last handful of times I have gone the portions have dropped by nearly half.Recently (thankfully) I ordered two Large Burritos because the amount of ground beef rice and beans that I got in each burrito was the equivalent too a Small Burrito. They also deliberately put the last of the rice that was dried out and crunchy into the burritos, I literally had to ask for Fresh rice.For $25 I can get better portions else where.I want the burritos almost over stuffed, until I can get that I likely won't return. I'd probably eat there damn near everyday then.

I usually have good experiences with this restaurant in Gravenhurst. Today, Thursday June 22nd I got to the restaurant and the two staff were sitting outside the place on their phones. It took me a second to get to the door but by the time I did they didn’t move they were just staring while I walked up. I go to open the door and one guy stood up and walked in after me. It was not hot inside or anything. He was wearing a BMW shirt with a quesada hat. Not uniform. He seemed like he wanted to do anything but serve me. Sighing, leaning on counter etc. Once I was Finished I said have a nice day. He didn’t say anything back and when I walked out the door and followed to sit back down with his friend outside.

Fish is frozen and then soggy after being baked, service was incredibly slow (20 mins to make 1 fish taco order and 1 corn fiesta), tried overcharging me at the till for a large fiesta corn when it was the small.. not impressed.. p.s. when the customer catches the overcharging error it’s the staffs issue, NOT the customer, save the attitude next time. Brutal..

Amazing quality food, everything is always fresh and well prepared! Multiple vegan options and fantastic customer service! I come here for lunch all the time and am always happy with my food. The owner is so friendly and always remembers my preferences and has great suggestions if you’re looking to switch up your order!

Despite being a busy evening, they never made me feel rushed or neglected. The quality of service I received at Quesada Restaurant is truly unmatched and I can confidently say that it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time.
