When they actually show up to get the parcel, it's usually delivered on time. Their logistics department seems quite unorganized and their overall reliability has declined substantially. What started out as a decent courier service has turned into a search for a new provider again. I sincerely hope they step up their game again, because this isn't the service that we are expecting.

I think this company was recently sold. The service is markedly poorer. The staff member I spoke with hardly had any answers to my basic questions and didn't really seem to care. My order was delivered with items broken to to careless handling and the delivery person didn't make me aware that items were broken .
