The summary report was perfect to highlight to the sellers what the main issues were with the property, and the detailed report was amazing! My wife and I are in the mist of buying our first home. Pillar to Post was our first call for a price quote and with the three different pack options we are super glad they were our first call. We got a detailed walk through with the inspector and a detailed write out that included pictures. The best part was when I called the electrical contractor he questioned the quality of the inspector's knowledge until I told them that Pillar to Post was the company then he said that they know their stuff. I will definitely recommend the everytime and use them again if needed in the future.
