Nov 29thThey forgot my delivery, asking for the second (full) payment again for the second time, after they made us to pay the full remaining amount 5200$ two months ago, today is the delivery day which I called why I didn't receive the item, they are telling me your order is not shipped yet, this is happening while they called me 1000 times asking for full payment and the reason was because the order is ararrived and I have to pay full to schedule the delivery. This is ridiculous, today I called them again asking where my delivery is, after they checked everything, they said we will deliver it today and we will call you an hour before. Now it has been 6 hours since this confirmation, no one showed, and no one called, and none of these lost sellers answer the phone.This is gotta be one of the worst customer service and the worst experience.

The upmost horrible experience ! They are all about making the sale and absolutely no service afterwards ! We bought a couch set and first they delayed the delivery multiple times !After finally receiving our set we see that the couch feet they gave us ( which WE have to drill in without any placement mark on the couch where to drill ) are defective! The holes are covered by the wood (as pictures below ) , we called them multiple first they said they will replace them then followed by texting us saying you have to fix it yourself we can’t do anything on our end . We had to go to the store once again and they finally said they will send someone by the next day latest to install everything , Again followed by a text the next day that they’re too busy and they won’t make it . We had to go to the store THREE MORE TIMES to complain to finally have someone come to install their defective product ! Not only did they not offer any compensation for everything they said we would have to pay 25$ for their installation service !Complete JOKE !

The service is extremely bad!!!!! These people are there to steal your money so please don’t even go here - We ordered a sofa more than 3months ago and they fixed a delivery date - they took 2K to place our order which is non refundable! Once you pay them the 2K advance they say that they ordered your product and that you need to pay in advance a full price prior to delivery and they dont deliver on time!!!! We called them and the woman in st Hubert office doesn’t even speak English or French - first she said we never paid but when we argued, she said we paid but the delivery is in 3 months! She sounded so lost so we asked her to check with her manager and then she at least admitted that we paid but lied about delivery!!!! She said it will be delivered today before 5pm and so far we got nothing delivered! This is ridiculous service - why do you bring someone who is super confused and make her act as a receptionist?!?!?! Why don’t you respect the delivery date and keep lying to your customers about the delivery date?!?!?!

Excellent customer service, affordable prices and very friendly staff. The collection are also modern and beautiful. I definitely recommend them to others. This is the best store in the are, as far as I am concerned.

Perfect service , good accommodation . They really take their time to know your needs . Price is fair and the owner is a very sweet guy. 5 stars services .
