Bought a 2019 Ford Ranger new, worked well until around 50,000 KM then the transmission started slipping. Took it into Suburban and they couldn't duplicate the problem the first time (nonsense). Second time in they fixed some parts yet it continued to miss shift under low rpm. Third time in I took the shop foreman for a drive and showed him where the issue lie. They and FORD agreed to install a NEW transmission. Three weeks later a new transmission arrived and they replaced it and low and behold its still doing the same slipping at low RMP between 40-60KPH. Ford service manager said Ford has determined that this is NORMAL behavior for the transmission. So I guess the first 50K I drove was abnormal when it ran perfectly! FORD does not stand behind their products and will not repair a defective transmission. No wonder there is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT in the USA for Ranger transmissions.

My family purchased a brand new vehicle here. They also purchased the extended warranty etc. This dealership is all smiles and handshakes before you purchase the vehicle but AS SOON as the vehicle is sold…. We literally cannot get anyone to call us back. Not the salesman, not the warranty/parts dept, not even the GM would call us back. We have big problems with the vehicle and this dealership isn’t even professional enough to respond. We’ve tried emails. Phone calls. Calls to managers. Call to the GM.Skip this dealership.The absolute worst customer service we have had in years. It’s unfortunate. We are now taking our business (and warranty work, etc) to Duncan Ford.Skip this dealership.

I don't like to write poor reviews as businesses consist of people and we are all human, we all make mistakes. We bought a new vehicle from these folks. We have an extended warranty. It has a slight issue, supposedly covered by that warranty. They aren't saying they won't fix it. They just never do. We've called them. We've emailed them. We've called again. We've been told SO SORRY, WE DROPPED THE BALL and we'll get right on it. Weeks and and weeks have turned into months. Multiple attempts to contact them and still nothing. Finally called the 'boss'. Got vm. Of course. More weeks have gone by. Still waiting for that return phone call. Stunning poor service. Just wow.

Thanks to the prompt communication and attentiveness of Omar and the Sales manager Rob, which was in stark contrast to the behaviour of staff from two other dealerships, I found the perfect vehicle for my needs, a 2017Jeep Wrangler sport. I had to do some haggling, but in the end I feel that I received a good deal and Dan the finance guy made the loan acquisition process a breeze. Obtaining the insurance was in house, so that was a pleasant experience thanks to the knowledgeable insurance specialist who suggested the right type of coverage. Last but certainly not least, I had a nice chat with the receptionist Nicole while I was making a coffee. All around I could not have asked for a better car buying experience thanks the people I interacted with. As for the vehicle, I really love it. I have had some bad experiences with used vehicles in the past but I had a mechanic inspect the Jeep before I bought it, and it passed with flying colours, so I feel confident I haven't bought a lemon that will give me problems down the road. So far, so good!

Suburban is so bad that I sold my almost new (12 000kms) F150 Limited just so I don’t have to ever deal with them againI had a check engine light on for just over a year, was told they didn’t have the parts to fix it, every month I would ask if they had the part then after about 5 months they said its not necessary to keep calling they would let me know when it arrived, about six months later my F150 was going in for a service and the service person said they have had the part for months and had no idea why I wasn’t told.Tried to start my truck one morning and got and error message “Stop Safely Now” and it just wouldn’t start, called roadside assistance and had to have the truck towed out of my garage and straight to Suburban where I would be lucky” if they could look at it in several weeks and even though I had the extra extended warranty the best they could do is loan me a car for two weeks (a car is useless to me because it can’t tow my trailer) well it took them a month to get to look at my truck and it would have been much much longer if it wasn’t for the fact that I coincidently had a service booked for that day. My truck is always in absolute pristine condition

Have had somewhat negative dealings with Suburban before but my truck is still under warranty so I do all servicing at the dealership. My truck is usually the last vehicle they do for the day no matter the appointment time and the time before last it was returned with black diesel oil smeared outside and inside. Last appointment was better, my vehicle was finished by 10:30 and in the same condition I dropped it off in. If I could make a suggestion it would be to give an accurate pick up time which would make getting a ride to the dealership much easier to plan.

My experience with Nathan and Rob have been great. Nathan especially has been very knowledgeable and patient with my inexperience. My lack of enthusiasm for car shopping has not deterred him from offering me insights and opinions.I appreciate Suburban Motors’ competitive prices and transparency.

What a terrible dealership. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.Brought my truck in for a transmission check and to fix a slow leak in my back tire.Upon bringing it in, no rental was offered even though my vehicle is still under warranty. I had to pay $300 out of my own pocked to rent one myself.The had my truck for 2.5 weeks. During that period, they did absolutely nothing. My transmission was looked at" and I was told they couldn't do anything and I would have to bring it elsewhere to have it looked at again - YET they managed to bill Ford for 80+ hours of work...... What did you do exactly? Complete Scam!Secondly
