Soufflé
I tried a cheesecake here and it was really good! The texture of the cheesecake reminded me of the fluffy, light texture and not overly sweet flavour that Uncle Tetsu's bakery has for their cheesecakes. I added toppings for an extra 3 dollars and it turned out super great. Will definetly stop by again if I'm at the mall in the future.

We had a great small Japanese cheesecake. Was very soft and light. The owner was a wonderful person to talk to as well. Would recommend!

Very delicious cheesecake, very well priced. SUPER nice owner and workers! I loved the toppings ALOT! Definitely becoming a regular customer. On the left you have the japanese cheesecake with caramel and chocolate drizzle and fruits. On the right you have the cheese tart which is also very delicious <3

Very soft, tastes good and is fresh. The owners/staff are cool, it's located in a mall. The price is fair.

Not too sweet and there are topping options for the cheesecakes. I also had some cheese tarts (I think lemon and chocolate) and they were delicious. I suggest eating on the spot as they don't travel too well.

It was an amazing taste. The taste is same to the Japanese one.Nice staff and reasonable prices. I do strongly this cheesecake for all times.

Stop by at 11AM and taste a warm Japanese soufflé cheesecake fresh off the oven! Add pistachio or other toppings off your choice!
