I bought a window mechanism for a condominium window that was not opening and closing. Company Staff, Bill, was extremely helpful and patient with me from start to finish even guiding me on how to take the window mechanism apart. Excellent customer service! The window mechanism was made of brass so it's up upgrade from the original plastic and it'll last much longer. Excellent excellent service! Buy from this company with full confidence! You will be glad you did!

They are AMAZING! The locking handle of the casement window in our condo broke. We called a contractor and after many weeks of following up, they still never show up (they got paid to do it!). I decided to remove the handle and look up the part on Google, and so happy to come across OGS. They made it so easy to find parts. All I needed to do was to take a photo and annotate the dimensions. Bill responded to me in literally 1 minute - not kidding - with the link to the part. I placed the order on Friday afternoon and before noon Monday it arrvied through Canada Post. And it costed me only 11 bucks + shipping. They are amazing!! There is a reason why they have 200+ 5 star reviews. Thanks Bill and the OGS team!

I live NorthWest & needed some old single arm window operators. Just a phone call with Abigail and all questions answered very aptly & professionally. Going ahead with online order or might even visit the place someday.Update: Ordered on 20th and recd. on 21st April. Fast delivery. Very Quality product. Installed on windows and works perfect. resolved the issues of windows not closing at the last point. However, I do wish the kit should contain the screws as part of package. Luckily, I had outdoor deck screws and used them.Overall, very good experience.
