Absolute no brainer! Solved every issue we were having with car shopping. Clayton found what we couldn't find, negotiated for us so it was enjoyable and not a headache. Clayton caught a few details we missed, saved twice his service fee off the truck and even drove it a half hour to us to test drive it and check it out. The time spent on the phone and with him at the dealer were extremely valuable due to us being extremely busy. We purchased the shopping and negotiating packages. Everything was so tidy he talked us out of hiring his sale and pickup service, we drove, signed and took it home with no hassle due to his work with the sales manager ahead of time. We dealt with the dealet directly, clayton simply brokered and worked on our side, clarified everything and made it clear he was working for us and no dealership with no benefit from the dealer to him self or business, very commendable. He helped me through my purchase of my new vehicle and made the process smooth.However, after recommending his services to people I knew, my impression was that they did not receive the same great service from Clayton that I did when they purchased pre-owned vehicles.
