Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. I'm giving it only 4 starts because this Starbucks is a little more challenging to reach for drive through and there is not much seating for those of us who like to stay and work for a few hours.

We are regular customer of stonegate starbuck.but morning staff try to ignore us and rude behaviour.they know we are busy in work they don’t try make order for us in time

Incredible service. Helped with drink recommendations, gave samples to guide decisions. Ultimately, both drinks I got were superb and made in a very quick manner.

I'm not an expert, but I don't think an overpriced juice is supposed to come with a piece of paper in it, is it? I should have noticed it sooner but I was driving, noticed this nice surprise once I got home.

So disappointed that EVERY time I order it's wrong! I ask for very little ice and get more than 3/4 ice. That's a VERY expensive glass of ice!Last time I order a Grande hot coffee and please put it in a Venti cup as I have tremors and don't want to spill it on myself. They tell me they do it all the time not too worry. THEN that same person gives me my coffee in a Venti cup filled to the top...?I wouldn't post if either of these were one off incidents.I will drive to a different location.

This is by far the best Starbucks in Airdrie. Most of the baristas are super friendly (and even the ones who aren't *super* friendly, still provide great customer service). They are fast and always get my orders right. And if you ask for extra caramel drizzle they show the eff up.

I always have an amazing experience here especially with one of your baristas - Natali (i think thats her name!?) she is sooo absolutely cheery and honestly a joy to see in the morning! That’s exactly the type of energy that should be appreciated! Thanks Natali and Starbucks for my daily Pike!
