I have asked you to stop delivering to my house 4 times and yet you still litter on my lawn. It goes right in the recycle. What a waste of paper, obviously you are not environmentally conscious or customer oriented. As long as you get those advertising dollars... I will never advertise with you and I would warn other businesses to be wary of your unscrupulous methods as well as complete and utter disregard for the end user of your product. I woud venture to guess that you only have half, if that of your reported readership to potential advertisers as indicated by your Facebook reviews I am not the only person who's lawn you are littering on without consent

The weekly propaganda paper is always a delight to read; the 'articles' always manage to momentarily entertain and the seemingly weekly feature from Dr.Hirji manages to continuely provide comic relief. I'm not sure if that's the intended purpose of these articles, but being so completely bias and completely disregarding true journalistic standards (as in, actually searching for the truth) leads me to believe this paper is run by a bunch of comedians trying their best to entertain it's subscribers. Either that, or the editors and 'journalists' have completely drunk the covid kool-aid and are pushing a certain narrative no matter what. It's hilarious.

I have been calling since April 5 (it is now June 3) to stop receiving this paper as I am concerned about the carbon footprint and the waste. I don't want it, I don't read it. Last week, a rep told me the requests were put in and the carrier is just not listening. I was told if it continues, it is considered littering and the carrier has to come back and pick it up. I called again today, and was told no guarantee the carrier or the district rep will come and get it". I asked to be escalated to the district rep and got the run around "they are not in this office" "I will ask them to call you" What do I need to do to stop this???"

We were requested to appear for a photo to show the work of our Horticultural Society and we waited for an hour and a half for the photographer to come...a no show on his part...so no photo...and many of the members took time off work to work with the photographer's plans... this is not good PR for the paper...

I am tired of complaining. I have not received any flyers or papers since before Christmas and when we used to get them it wasn't until the weekend if not later. The papers are delivered to the delivery person and they are sitting on their porch still wrapped. I have sent many complaints and so far nothing has been done. This is frustrating.

Just impossible to get this paper to respect your desire to not have them deliver to your house. Just a waste of paper and time. Not sure why it's so difficult to take someone's name off a list. Only took two days after contacting them to have another piece of trash on our front porch.

Best company to work for, i have won the march contest of winning a $50 Canadian Tire gift card, and my picture was in the newspaper because i won the contest, plus i look forward to taking an extra position with them once i get my G license or perhaps my G and my F, (if the F is required for the delivery driver.) and my Circulation Representative Wendy Cook, is the best rep i have ever had. but i wish they would benefits for Massage, Dental, Vision and Physiotherapy. and Drugs can not be included for me or should they, but i wish they would pay more.

On March 9 th I contacted your head office by email and was assured the delivery would be in my front porch! I was even given a complaint number! I’ve been told weekly it would be rectified! Today the paper and flyers were delivered (4 days LATE) on an ice covered driveway, many were thrown on the roadway! I am sure the companies who pay to advertise through the flyers are going to be unimpressed by your complete ...Lack of Customer service... I have issued a request to cease and desist delivery!!

horrible service and customer service.Continual delivery problems, only apoligizing from Customer service with little results on fixing the problem. I feel sorry for the company's who pay them to deliver there flyers, I bet they don't get rebates for deliveries that are not done. One star is one too many.
