Studio Fitness is the gym you’ve always dreamt of! Super friendly vibes, feels like home. After just few weeks, all the trainers knew my name. It has all the equipment you need. The prices are very competitive for personal training in Toronto. My superstar trainer Nate is amazing on all levels! He pushes me to get the results I’m looking for, but most importantly, he makes me excited to go to the gym (which is an accomplishment)! Happy to say he’s become a friend! Only positive feedback! Recommend 100%!

I cannot say enough good things about Studio Fitness! Training with Morgan for nearly three months has been an absolute game-changer for me. She has transformed my perspective on exercise, showing me just how incredible working out can be. Not only have I lost several inches during my time here, but my entire outlook on fitness has shifted, leading to a healthier relationship with food as well. The studio itself is warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere where I always feel at ease. The staff members are incredibly friendly and supportive, making each visit a pleasure. Discovering this wonderful community has been a true blessing, and I wholeheartedly recommend Studio Fitness to anyone seeking a positive, transformative fitness experience!

This is the best gym ever. Everyone, from the owners, trainers and other clients, are so friendly and encouraging. I have been working out here since January, and started with a very low level of lifting/training experience. The gym is my favourite place to be 3 days a week - there is just such a good energy/vibe. My first trainer left the gym and I have been training with Clementine since April and have seen huge jumps in my progress in both strength and endurance. She has the perfect mix of encouraging and pushing you and her smile always brightens my day.

I've been going to Studio Fitness for a while now and absolutely love it! The gym is always tidy and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to workout in.The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming which creates a great atmosphere that keeps me coming back. But the real standout is my coach Nate. He's fantastic! Always motivating me to push myself harder and helping me achieve my fitness goals.Overall, I cannot recommend this gym enough. If you're looking for a clean and friendly gym with great coaches, then Studio Fitness is the place for you!

I started going to Studio Fitness for the cryotherapy they offer, but as I began to get to know Mo, the owner, I’ve since started their private training as well. Mo is absolutely fantastic! He was super welcoming to me being new at the studio which is what made me consider private training. When we sat down to talk about goals for health and nutrition, it’s clear he’s very knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does with his clients. Mo, and all the trainers at Studio Fitness are incredibly friendly and motivating every time I go in! They all really care about the people who walk through the door and make an effort to get to know them. I’ve been working with Charlie as a trainer for a few months now and his workouts are dynamic and challenging - I always leave feeling amazing, but he also has a way of making the workout so fun! My friend and I will do semi-private training and Charlie customizes it for the two of us. Highly recommend getting in to chat with Mo if you’re serious about reaching your health and fitness goals. Charlie makes the best protein smoothie post-workouts!

tl;dr - amazing trainers, the vibes are impeccable, I <3 Studio FitnessI love this place. I had no idea what to expect with personal training, but decided I wanted to try it after a several-year run of health problems that I was finding it hard to come back from on my own. In particular, I wanted to get stronger but just... didn't know where to start. I found Studio Fitness while searching for gyms in my neighbourhood and I'm so glad I did. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and also *extremely* competent - there's no snobbery or pretension here, no matter your level of fitness when you start. Charlie is my trainer, and working with him over the past 8-ish months has been fantastic; I'm stronger than I've ever been before, feeling more confident, and excited to keep pushing myself. One thing I really want to emphasize is how much everyone here wants to help you feel *comfortable* in a gym. Even when I go in for workouts on my own, someone's always available and willing to answer my questions about form, help me set up at a machine, etc. If you're like me and new to strength workouts, that support is invaluable. Just can't say enough good things!!

I'm not the type to generally enjoy working out, but knew I needed to work on my health. I was relieved to find Studio Fitness with it's welcoming and encouraging vibe. All the staff have been wonderfully knowledgeable and supportive. I started training with Nate about month a half ago and have already felt results. Each session makes me feel like I'm really making progress as we up the weight and difficulty. Outside of the gym, Nate has continued to be encouraging and helpful with check-ins, advice on eating better, and assigning homework". I finally feel like I've found a routine and I can enjoy and stick to!PS. there's often adorable doggos hanging out as well: A++ atmosphere"

I love this gym! I’ve been going to glute boot camp run by Jamie this past month and it’s such a great experience. Jamie is encouraging but definitely pushes you to work hard. Every time after class my lower body feels worked but it’s extremely rewarding doing the class. I only have wonderful things to say about studio fitness because they’ve worked so hard and successfully created a safe environment to train and ask questions and for a gym that’s so hard to achieve. I feel welcomed and comfortable with all the trainers and it’s so kind how encouraging they all are in helping in pushing you to become the best version of yourself. Thank you Jamie for running such a fun class and I definitely feel a difference!
