My husband and I used Mr. Chris Toulouse when selling our house and couldn't have asked for a better agent during this stressful process. He was always 6 steps ahead when it came to getting more showings and offers and also contacted us on a fairly daily basis to update us on whats going on. My husband and i were in the area a week ago and needed help with parking, they offered us a spot in their lot for 3 days and we extremely helpful to us. Chris Toulouse was the realtor for our home. Even with a deal falling through, our home was sold within 2 months. Chris is very hardworking and completely transparent. He made himself available to answer the Many" questions or concerns we had during the whole process. Chris has a great personality. He made us laugh more than a few times and never made us feel like were inferior or bothering him. There are not many realtors out there that will relate to you and never make you feel inadequate for not "knowing" the way a home is sold and the laws that govern the whole process. So
