This 100 years old building is beautiful and scenic. On one side a Sherman battle tank is displayed and there is a uniquely designed GPS clock. Adjacent is Shaw park and located in the bayline of Calgary SW.

This beautiful building should be turned into a gigantic museum. It would fit perfectly next to the new contemporary gallery that is set to open in 2019.

I started my Canadian Armed Forces career in this building. I have a lot of memories here. I enjoy visiting the Calgary Highlanders Regimental Kit Shop where you can get a variety of clothing and gift items and momentos. They are currently open most Wednesday evenings during the training year. At this time masks are still required as it is a Department of National Defence site and they have to follow federal mandates.

A very interesting building to say the least.Lots of great history and architecture in this old castle. Looks like it is still kept up very well on the outside. I have lots of great memories in this building from when I was a kid. When I was in my teenage years I attended Army Cadets here with the Highlanders.Nice to see the building is still going strong.
