Worst pharmacy here in Brossard! Sooooo rude! No respect and no manners!

Made me wait 45 mins for a 15 seconds explanation on my medication. During that time, the pharmacist took people in for private consultation that were not waiting.

Horrible experience, because this location in Brossard has wrong pricing they don’t realize how it can create such a negative domino effect of issues and subsequent problems. According the supervisor and staff they say they are told by there boss/manager to remove sale prices the day before it ends which cause major issues for clients shopping and expecting the prices they see on the shelves to be accurate. Because of wrong pricing clients don’t get the correct PC Optimum points. They don’t get the proper allocation of the 20x the points. Then they try to tell you to contact pc optimism about points but the initial problem stems for their disregard to ensure correct pricing. Because of all these issues I left pharmaprix and forgot an item due to all the confusion. My toilet paper I drove all the way home and my childrenWe’re like mom where’s the toilet paper. I returned and drove all the way back and asked for the manager. To explain how according to them a price plan error is not a big deal. Yes it’s a big deal I have 4 kids I’m a single mom! I lost my time and gas driving back and forth because your boss tells you to remove sale prices the day before the sales end. This is unacceptable! I would like STEVE the manager to contact me back. I want my 24,000 points I did not get and my gas refunded for having to drive all the way home and then back to pharmaprix to get my missing toilet paper when gas prices are ridiculous right now. My email should be attached in my review I’ll be waiting for a cb. I’m very dissatisfied!

Worst place to get your passport picture taken. First time experiencing a photographer who doesn’t say a single word to you. I know the guy can speak since he was talking to the previous customer and the cashier but he wouldn’t even do so much as to return a greeting when it came to my turn. Pointed to the chair with the same fml face and didn’t even give any sort of instruction or sign as to when he would take the pictures. He left without a word before returning with them. Pictures turned out weird since my eyes weren’t even looking directly at the camera and the cutout isn’t even aligned. I need mine for a visa application but I can’t imagine someone having to be stuck with such an abomination of a photo in their passports for 5-10 years. Save your money and go elsewhere. I’m saying this nicely, assuming these pictures are even eligible for my visa application.

Irresponsible. Terrible service. Pharmacist doesn't know how to serve the public, much less ill people. The pharmacy hasn't had my medicine for more than 10 days. There is no information on the site, much less on the order portal. I ordered my medicine 4x online, and when I pick it up in person, they inform me that they don't have it and that it will arrive tomorrow". The pharmacy does not make the slightest effort to try to pick up the medicine at another branch. I called to talk to the pharmacist in charge who is "always busy" and never answers the phone. The information I received from the attendant was that "I am free to change my dossier to another pharmacy". I did so

Hands down the worst pharmaprix ever!! The pharmacists are very rude and imcompetent, the lady at the post office is clueless, and the manager lacks courtesy and professionalism! Seriously the worst service i have EVER received!Edit: the pharmacy gives me a generic version of my medication which in 5 years of taking this medication have NEVER received the generic version. They thought it was ok to decide for me that i was now getting a generic version? Oh and after calling to alert them of this, they refuse to change it... Soooooo having my file transfered to another pharmacy, hopefully to one with atleast some satndards...

Pharmacists are great. everything else is bad.Service at counter beyond terrible.No answer on phone when you call.Pricing wrong for most items on shelf. Surprise: it's more expensive than posted. Surprise surprise: they don't care.

Worst Pharmaprix ever. Closed at 8pm but yet the lock the door in your face at 7:55pm I urgently need medication no manager or anyone to be found. They turned away myself and another lady. What a way to lose business. I’ll be calling in a formal complaint.
