Really helpful that they have a lot of parts online but they have been slow to ship on a couple of orders and have parts listed in their site for sale that are NOT in stock at all but say they are. I understand that there is supply chain and shipping issues but I wish the site was more accurate.

I've always had great transactions from the crew at RDP. I will continuie to order as they have fast shipping, and good prices on some hard to get parts.Cheers!

Ordered some bolts on March 29 2023, emailed them on April 24 asking for an update on the order to which I never received a response. Did get an order status update of my canceled order after getting a refund from PayPal after complaining on April 26. If there is a delay in getting parts in an update would have smoothed everything over.

I ordered an air filter, oil filter, and gas filter for my Subaru Sambar from RightDrive Parts and had them the next day. I was surprised that I actually got them that quickly. Also, their online chat feature was very helpful in making sure I got the correct parts.

Would give negative stars if possible. Order placed on the first then I got an email the next day asking for my vin to make sure I got the right parts, ok cool would have been nice to have that option when ordering but no big deal. After a week of no progress I call and get told that the hold up is a fuel filter and it should be here in 2-3 weeks. I request a refund and get told “no problem it’ll be back on your card in 7-10 business days, waited till the 21 called the bank nothing, called right drive “your refund was processed on our end on the 18th”I would rather paddle a canoe to Japan and buy my parts there than thought these clowns.The customer service lady was nice though. Currently still waiting for my refund, probably will never get it so you may as well kiss your cash goodbye and expect zero parts

Absolutely amazing customer service! Called to make sure I was ordering the correct parts. They were able to help me confirm my parts. The shipping was very quick from Canada to Tennessee. I will definitely be using right drive parts for any other kei truck parts I need.

Overall my experience was good! A little confusion about when my part would ship out, and core charge was a little excessive. That being said, part was excellent, was a reasonable price (considering the rarity) and core charge was returned promptly. I will shop here again if I should require a part of this nature.

Just finished restoring a Honda Acty Street G van. Kyle at Right Drive helped obtain parts that were virtually impossible to locate. Very pleasant, very helpful. Reccomend!
