Do not park here!Only park if you know you will be out exactly at 11PM. Even on weekends.We called and called to get help, but to no avail... We had to get an Uber all the way to Abbotsford from Vancouver. :(

No signage that tells you they close by 11pm. We're new to Vancouver, so we had to collect our car the next morning.

Average stall size. In and out of the parking lot ramp has bad visibility. Not gated usually. Rarely see any patrols so best not leave any belongings in the car. Pay by license plate. Elevator is super slow, but brings you right to Winners or Best Buy. Wide driving aisles. 3 stalls for 15min parking for Best Buy online pick up available. $7.50 weekend flat rate till 11pm.

EVERYONE BEWARE!!! The gate closes before 11pm. There is no way to get your vehicle back until the gate opens the next morning. They left no contact number for after hour support. The Impark company doesn’t even know how to contact the lot managers.
