Williams Machinery Surrey: Forklift & JCB Rentals, Sales & Training

This was the first time renting from Williams Machinery and we will definitely be back. Our rental advisor was john Millar and he was super accommodating. We rented the forklift for one day but ended up needing it a week. John simply applied the weekly rental rate to our account without us even asking. They let us pick it up with our own trailer to save on the pickup/drop off costs. After renting we found out they sell forklifts and have been dealing with Sam Chehade. I cant say enough good things about this place. The day prior I was calling around to rent a forklift and one of the places wanted me to fill out an extensive credit app. I did that and sent it back and follow up with a phone call. Then they wanted a copy of my insurance. I told them this was pretty extreme to rent a forklift. I'm guessing Dans forklift has had bad experiences in the past. Anyways, rent from Williams if you get the chance.

I have used Williams Machinery for on-site forklift training for new employees, and for updating existing employees forklift certificates , for a few years now. Every time I arrange with Lena, and have Sandy come in to provide training, they offer a seamless experience. Great company to deal with. 5 Star Service.

We needed some parts for our forklifts at Osborne Propellers, and Jody was able to find everything we were looking for. His responses were timely and professional, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process - from quoting to delivery. The order accuracy was 100%, and any parts that were not available from the OEM had been expertly sourced from comparable aftermarket suppliers - the fit and function were perfect. I'll definitely be contacting Jody again! Great service!

Booked forklift training for 10 employees to be done at our facility, Bulldog Bag. Williams Machinery's Training Sales Coordinator was easy to communicate with and trainer was knowledgeable and efficient.

Great place for training and recertifications for your industrial and heavy equipment. Lena went above and beyond trying to book me a spot last minute due to my 3 jobs hectic schedule and the price was so good and they took credit card payment too. I missed my first class due to being a bit late driving an hour from Richmond and usually they would charge cancellation fees but Lena understood my situation and booked me in for a second class absolutely free according to my schedule without any cancellation fees. The teacher, Sandy Floyd is another wow just wow. Probably the best teacher in the lower mainland hands down. She makes sure every student gets to understand the concepts & principles and gets enough practice on the machines while emphasizing on safety more than anything. My training day was a rather wet day and it was pouring hard but my teacher’s great attitude and sense of humour made all the difference. You can tell the training Center wants your business and want to make sure that you keep coming back. They will go the extra mile to see that you are well trained before you go out on the actual job. They have tons of machinery unlike other schools I been to so it’s a win win situation. I couldn’t recommend them enough. And they have enough parking spots for your vehicle also and the lessons are relaxed with proper snack/washroom breaks and free coffee/tea to boot. 5 stars no doubt.
