The Path to Customer Success (Path2CS) program is really a good initiative by the Career Foundation organization. A successful completion of this program and Maham Khalid’s(from Lawrence Allen) continuous efforts to connect me with several employers have ultimately helped me to get a wonderful job in a very well-reputed organization. Maham is truly hard-working, dedicated and very inspiring. I am extremely grateful to her for providing support, guidance and encouragement through the entire job search process.

I was laid off & was referred to The Career Foundation. I met with Brent and right away he helped me create a resume & begin my application for second career. I'm now attending a training program for my class AZ licence. I appreciate the opportunity and help provided from everyone. Brent went above and beyond with walking me through the steps. After my application was submitted he would call and check in with me and give me any updates. Ive even received a call while I was in my training to see how I was doing. Thanks again!

First, I do not like to write reviews, but the neglect by the workers there made me write this one at the beginning. I called my worker from OW and told her I want to work knowing that I have a disability and I need a job suitable for my condition, so she told me to communicate with them already. I called them. There was a nice person named Steve in The truth is, he really wanted to help me and told me to apply for the EAP program; I actually filled out the form online. After that, I received an e-mail from Amy; she told me about the requirements for this program, and I qualify for it according to the requirements. So she made an appointment for me. I went and handed her all the documents, and then she told me I would receive a response from one to four weeks, and indeed I waited for four weeks, and if Steve sent me an email that my application was still under processing, I did not understand the email well, so I sent it to him to explain, and he tells me that I was denied admission to the EAP program and he does not know the reasons; knowing that the person working under this program is Amy, not Steve, and that unfortunately Amy didn't bother to tell me about the update and I was denied, I tried to find out the reason for my denial from him, but he did not know the reason for,  I sent an email to Amy to find out the reason, but to no avail, and she ignored me until now, knowing that they told me that they would give me an update in April, but I did not receive anything, and Amy ignores my emails.  In the end, I appreciated that Steve tried to help me even though he doesn't work under the EAP program. So I have to contact the ODSP worker and tell her what happened. in order not to refer anyone to this employment agency. Also, I will try to communicate with the manager of this agency to find out the reason for my being denied, and I am no longer interested in their programs after being ignored and not knowing the reason for a fake denial.
