This is a great company stock did a good job

My children have now been left at their stop THREE TIMES in the past few weeks. I will be taking this to the ministry of education as this is just ridiculous now.

Stock Transportation provides horrible service and is not responsive. On the first day of school, the bus was over an hour late. I received a notification that the bus was running an hour late as the bus arrived.At night, the bus driver decides to drop off my daughter 350 meters away from her scheduled bus stop. She didn't even know which way was home, the bus driver had to point out which direct she had to walk. This is completely irresponsible and unacceptable.On the second day, my daughter gets to the bus stop on time, the bus was early that day and chose not to wait for her.If you try to call them, they direct you to the person who is supposedly in charge of that route, except that person never picks up his phone, nor does he return phone calls.

This company was providing transportation to my son for 3 days and we had to cancell them because of safety reasons. My son has special needs and has door to door transportation. He is in grade 5 now and for all previous years I never had problem with a driver refusing to drop my son off in the complex. This year’s driver insists its not safe for him (driver) to go inside townhouse complex with a small bus. We have same size bus picking up my son and that driver never had an issue coming where he is suppose to come. This driver is rude and he is lecturing us where to pick up our child. Its unfortunate that in 2018 someone expect a child with disability to accomodate drivers incompetence to drive a bus. We are forced to leave work early to pick up our son from school directly because this society is still far behind on accepting and accomodating people with disability.

I worked for Stock West for 7 years as a small bus driver. I liked everyone there. The people in the office were consistently helpful and professional. Because of the nature of their business, they don't pay very well. At last report, its $67 a day (4 hours of driving at least per day) without any benefits. Turnover is considerable. If you're retired or a young mother with small children and are looking for some supplemental income, you should give Stock a look.

The worst transportation service in whole Ontario, if not in the whole Canada. They constantly lie about their availability and miss their schedule most of the time. Don't trust your business or your kids with them. Utter disgrace to Canadian service industry. Sadly have to give 1 star but google should start introducing 0 or negative stars for this type of company. The fact that they are existing in service can be claimed as the 8th wonder of the world!!!

I am not surprised by the shortage as a former employee here I experienced a major lack of respect and talked to like I was not worthy of life, you also experience verbal abuse over the radio. your treated like outcasts of society. I'm happy to hear of this shortage of drivers, its the drivers who are the business, without the drivers there is no business.its about time some form of retaliation happened

This company is horrible, and the bus drivers have no form of customer service. They are quite rude. They call and tell you they'll be there at a specific time, however if they show up early they leave. I will not recommend this company!

Absolutely garbage, i spent over 2 hours on the bus and ended up coming home at 5:30 when the school ended at 3:20 since the driver took a wrong turn 30 minutes away from everyones home.on top of that, when we reached my home the driver dropped me off at the wring side of the curb, after that the driver didn’t even turn on the stop sign on the bus and i almost got run over.on average even when the bus driver is on time it still takes about an hour and a half. me myself had to direct the driver to my home.1/5 stars would not recommend.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I only used them one time and that was enough! Late, they were unable to locate the bus my child was on for 45 minutes! Driver not picking up radio, did not have a tracker or GPS, for the bus. Customer Service was disgusting as they immediately placed me on hold, several times, when, in my frenzied state of mind, I was trying to contact Stock to find where my child was. Many other parents had similar experiences with Stock and refuse to use Stock and so do I! I will never, ever recommend them.
