Roberto’s level of perfection was stupendous. I bought an affordable used phone. He installed the screen saver but wasn’t satisfied with microscopic specks of dust under the lens so took the time to painstakingly fish each one out. He made it look easy.Neat little shop to get gear and repairs. I live an hour away and would happily make the trip again for this level of service.

Fast, friendly service. The woman helping me today could have done what other phone places do and charge like crazy to even look at the phone, but she looked at it and gave me some free advice to help that did the truck. I bought a screen protector just because of that.

Went in to have my phone cleaned ended up buying a phone charger as well. Service rep was super friendly and we joked around I ended up buying a charger as well. Really nice young lady with a great smile and good attitude towards customer service.

Wakim was so FAB!!! (So was Amanda!). I deal with customers and vendors daily and this these two are so amazing. From the first phone call to the minute I left the customer service and knowledge they have is incredible. I so hope they are compensated for all they do for this store. I know for years and years of being in sales/buying you don't see that very much anymore. I was so blown away never mind impressed with the products I got when I left. I have sent a message to Telus to let them know they need to have a visit there and take some notes!!! thanks again to you Wakim!!

Had a great experience here. Fixed the screen on my s22 ultra. Only took a couple hours and cheaper than the stupid insurance I pay on my phone through bell. I highly recommend anyone to take their phones, tablets or whatever device you have to Mobi Jack's in Timberland. The staff was great and really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I recently had my iPhone screen repaired at Mobi Jack's and I was very happy with the service I received. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I arrived, they were able to get me in right away. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she explained the repair process to me in detail. The repair took about an hour and a half, and when I was finished, my phone looked like new. I would definitely recommend Mobi Jack's to anyone who needs their phone repaired.
