Their flower arrangements are stunning, and they go above and beyond to ensure they provide excellent customer service. After some confusion, they went out of their way to make things right, which I’m very thankful for. 5/5 - definitely recommend supporting Gems & Stems!

Bailey is one of the most incredibly talented florists I have had the honour of meeting and I cannot believe that I was lucky enough to have her do the florals for our wedding day this July. Bailey is one of the kindest people I have ever met and she pours her love and passion into her work. Although I had a general idea of what the colour scheme and types of florals would be, nothing could have prepared me for how amazing our wedding florals turned out. Bailey took every single thing that I loved and made it into the most gorgeous final product. Thank you so much Bailey for making my floral dreams come true and then some! If you're getting married or having an event in the Okanagan and need florals, I HIGHLY recommend you go straight to Gems and Stems.

Wow! That sums it up. Gems and Stems did the floral arrangements for my daughter’s wedding on June 11 2022. They were incredible and the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We were all blown away by the flowers and greenery. You will not be disappointed if you order any flowers from here. Wish I had a picture of the bouquets.

Thank you, Bailley for our dreamy wedding florals! Bailley took in our inspiration and curated a spectacular arrangement of bouquets, boutonnières and stand alone pieces that exceeded every expectation! We loved them so much that we dried some of the pieces. The all natural confetti was a huge treat. Bailley has a lovely demeanour and is very kind to work with. Thanks again, Bailley!

Bailley absolutely blew me away. My bouquet was stunning, from the colours to the arrangement I couldn't have been happier. She also made our Micheal's bought flowers look incredible on the arbour as she paired in some of her own dried and fresh pieces. We had one small mix up the day before the wedding, but she quickly resolved and made it right. I would highly recommend to anyone in South Okanagan who needs a florist.

Love Eastside gems and Stems! So many cool things to look at, and of course all of the treats! There's an old school candy bar, and other sweets, ice cream, slushies, and hot and cold beverages. Must visit in Oliver. They also have scooters for rent? So cool!

This place is absolutely adorable. We stopped in here for a coffee one morning and had no idea what a lovely wonderland we were walking into!The owner Bailley is so delightful and has filled the shop not only with amazing artisan finds like pottery, repurposed bowls and cups with candles etc… but her florist studio! There are gorgeous flowers galore and she works in the back of the shop.And of course coffee and goodies… ice cream… etc!While we were there Bailley let me snap some shots of her while at work and honestly this has become a total favorite spot of mine in Oliver!
