Canada Post

I moved into area couple years ago.All my mailing needs are happened to be purchased here. Usually I go before noon, and most of the time Luis or Jackie helps me. There are also few other clerks, very polite, helpful and friendly. I've had few issues in past, but I was wrong.I don't recommend to come close to 5.30-6.00pm because this is the time most of the locals finish work and go for the chores, including postal office.

Half of the staff are kind of impatient. Change my rate to 3 stars because half of the staff are nice and helpful. It really depends who you take service from. Also, it happened twice when website showed ready for pickup but when i was there they told me no package.

Great location. I agree that it’s slow getting to the front of the queue. It’s not the post office peoples fault, it’s the customers who don’t know what they want and aren’t ready when they are next. No complaints about the staff. It’s the customers yelling at the clerk doesn’t help. I have to bite my younger each time I’m there.

I wanted to send a small letter parcel to Poland on WednesdayThe lady told me i had to fill the form onlineI tried to do it for 40 minutes but every time I completed it started all over again There was other customer trying to do same and he was not successful eitherThe lady cashier did not helpShe acted that it was all my fault and i did not know how to use the phoneSo other customer and me just went homeLater in the evening I went to post office in Surrey It took me only 5 minutes to send the letter and i was not asked to fill in any form

The guy over there were not helpful at all. Giving customs misleading information and expect customer to take picture for the tracing number before they let customer to do so.

They lost my package and did nothing!! I have my item tracking number that has shown my item was ready for pickup on Canada Post Website. But they said they couldn’t find the number and refuse to help deal with the problem. Poor customer service!

The lady who name Veronica will cause you a lot of troubles because she is a terrible person and an unprofessional staff.She refused to give me my package because she claimed that the Delivery Notice Card was NOT an acceptable proof of residency documents (It is! It says on Canada Post's postal guide/policies website!) and asked me to get something else as a proof.As a customer, I found her company policy for her, kindly ask her to read it on my phone, and she said that she didn’t care what it said on the website and asked me to “contact Canada post to deal with it”.Veronica was proud of her act the whole time and claimed herself as a “good employee who follows the rule perfectly”. I, think she needs more time to study their company policy, learn to be respectful and professional, then she may be qualified for this job.

Chaos, I came here 4x in different days for just Tangerine cc. The employees didn’t know how to do it. There was only one worker every time I came. Seriously, it needs to hire more employees during the busy hours. Also, they need better training.
