H&R Block

It was very professional and very accommodating. My husband and I weren't feeling well and they helped us with signatures electronically. Thank-you Suzanne.

First time ever going to H&R block for my income tax, and I wont be going back. Especially this location. Not only was there a small argument within employees about me standing in line patiently, the lady who ended up greeting me was rude. She said can I help you? I said I had a couple questions. She replied are they quick?" I then left without answering. A+ on customer service"

Awful service. They promised to have everything ready for Friday afternoon but it took them until Wednesday. They actually created more work for us by changing our marital status to single but apparently they can't change it back. We have now been on hold for 3 hours trying to rectify thier mistake. No sympathy their end and actually tried to blame us for the mistake. We had even highlighted common law" on our documents to make sure it was done correctly. The lady on the phone at H&R Block also forgot to put us on hold and we heard her mocking us to the manager. Spoke to 3 ladies at their office and all 3 were unhelpful. I don't really care for amazing service

Had a very positive experience with the agent who handled my return, but the CRA's assessment determined there was a discrepancy for it.I called the branch to address the issue but I was treated in a very accusatory fashion by the customer service representative.When I asked for information on my return, she said If we find it we'll let you know." This was two years ago.I will no longer be dealing with H&R Block."

The people who I dealt with were less than professional, attempting to do 10 things all at the same time.My major complaint would be the lack of training to staff; they should explain to All Employees" don't quote on the phone.I called and asked if they could give me some idea of the cost of my return. I’ve been using h and r block for my taxes for over 15 years. This was the first time I used the drop off service and it was outstanding! Jonathan prepared my taxes this time and he was super fast and efficient! He even offered to squeeze me in on his break in order to get my taxes done and cash back before the long weekend!! This guy deserves a raise!

Well had to give at least one star, walked in told no Apts for walk ins well door said walk ins welcome and she asked where it said that big friggins letter across the door that she opens to arrive at work. Then she called to see if other H & Rs had Apts and said no one did and then we left called another H&R and they said yes come on in. Bad service I see why I usually do it myself online.

Been going to this place for several never had any issues.This year awful.....Stuff was suppose to ready for me to sign and be on my way! Not the case waited for an hour to have a Manager sign off...no response SO back I go for a 3RD time. They are gonna owe me gas money.....yeesh!!!!!

This tax preparer does not even deserve one star.Worst experience of our life this year.The lady helping us was so unprofessional....we needed to bring more documents and she never told us, inconsiderate of our 1 hour drive and gas money, would call and not even be prepared for a discussion, rifling thru paperwork and numbers while on the phone...then expected us to pay before our taxes were even complete.Plus, they were un willing to help us when the government asked for more info back in February.Long story short, all they saw was the $225 without doing any work.We will take our taxes elsewhere.Thanks for making a stressful time of year even more of a nightmare.Months of waiting and still incomplete. Frustrating....

I dropped off my tax information and was told by the person at the front desk that I would have my return back forsure by the end of the week, it is now over a month later and still no return, I have called 2 times and left 2 different messages with absolutely no response. Will not be returning to this branch. 0/5 isn’t an option so I’ll give it a 1.
