RAM Exteriors

We had a great experience with ram exteriors having our kitchen redone. Brad did amazing work from start to finish. He made the early planning stages all the way through to the finished product flow smoothly. I was above and beyond impressed with the final product. Would definitely recommend Ram/Brad and use them for future projects. Top marks for sure!

Ram Exteriors recently installed a new dura system roof. They did a fantastic job, neat, professional, meticulous workmanship, prompt, happy employees. Roger was willing to have me talk to 2 other satisfied customers who were NOT coached. Very happy, would recommend them to anyone. Not cheap, but good value. I am not related to anyone at Ram, and am not an employee!

I can't thank you guys enough for coming on the roof and repairing a very damaged roof. The trust and respect I have for Ram goes far greater than words can explain. They explained all the products in great detail so I knew exactly what was being applied on the roof, they did what other companys didnt do actually fixing it as we wait for the for the approval to go in to have the roof replaced. My number 1 phone call will only be going to Ram as other companys just collect a paycheck and walk away. Rock Solid company

These guys were fantastic. They redid our entire roof complete with new decking. Justin and his crew worked clean and efficiently, made sure everything was 100% before they considered the job done. It is the best looking roof on the block. They are now our contractor of choice. Great job guys!

They came and check the roof then went and got what was needed, came back within one hour fixed it and check the rest and fixed what look like could damage later,so did preventative measures. The gentleman was very kind and treated me with respect, and that I matered to the companyand was very pleasent

Unfortunately, I am not able to post a positive review for RAM. The eaves job they did took much, much longer than anticipated. The inefficient communications between the office, contractor and me as customer was not only disappointing, but resulted in the contractor having to come back more than once to fix mistakes. Ram employees/contractors are all nice people, but our experience doesn't give us confidence in recommending them to anyone.

Service and workmanship excellent.No bill received until 2nd notice received 2 days before late payment penalty applied.'Pay online' feature doesn't work.

We had the opportunity for RAM to come complete our flat roof deck on top of our garage. Brad and his team were very professional when it comes to communication, workmanship, and very trusting. When we had concerns they were quick to answer our questions, and ensure we got this project done the best way possible! Thank you again RAM for the great work, we have a low maintenance deck for years to come.

Im sure they do great work once they start but I found getting to that point was a struggle. In my experience there was poor communication between departments in the company and myself. I feel like my business isnt worth their time. I shouldn't have to chase a company to get some work done. Between my last communication( which Im still waiting for a response) and now, I got a quote and job completed by another company. I first contacted Ram in March. Inaccurate quoting and poor communicating, 1 star.

I don't even know where to start with these guys. It was a battle to get these guys to show up for a quote, I had to chase them down to actually get the quotes and it's still a battle to get them to complete the job. Typical Medicine Hat trade that has zero customer service and do whatever they want due to minimal competition. After the battle just to get them started, the job was started on October 16 and as of 10 December has yet to be completed and it's a simple gutter install. I was contacted by the owner Roger who had said he would show up personally but he has yet to show. I was contacted by the original estimator of the job who just called and argued about incorrect and wrong facts. If they happen to show up they will be terminated. The only reason this company survives is the minimal competition in Medicine Hat. Absolutely ridiculous.
