Several times in the last Couple months I have received French finales with black floaties in the top of them it looks like mold and it is very gross does not taste yummy I have heard lots of rumors about cleanliness from people that have worked here in the past and I have not had very many good experiences hence my 2 star review

I had a disgraceful experience at the Tim’s here in thamesville ontario. The women working in the drive thru with the blue eye shadow had the most ridiculous attitude when she messed up our order and then spazzed. She was cursing at us through the window to her coworkers when the window was shut. She wouldn’t even turn our way when she handed the debit machine and the remainder of our order that she “didn’t hear” and messed up. She then had a young girl finish the order for us, who had an attitude also and stood there making sarcastic remarks. We had to come back by reversing after she slammed the window on us. Really awful considering this is like the only fast food joint in this little village. Never returning. I try to have sympathy for other workers but this was an atrocity. And where’s my bacon

The server today was great - above and beyond for a special request, and very upbeat and friendly overall! Also, location is clean, easy to find and supports a Level 3 EV Charger, a definite help for my trips to London.

“Sunshine” in this location was very rude to the me. Also, she spilled coffee all over the lid and ignored my request for a napkin to clean it.

I visited on Sat. And I found the service very slow and there was barely any baked goods. Almost every section for baked goods was empty. Ordered a black Coffee and they didn't even put a sleeve on the Coffee and they didn't offer one.

Always clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. But they seem to often have stock issues. Random times of day, but especially towards the evening, they will have very little pastries in stock and often missing ingredients to make certain sandwiches.

Fresh donuts, good coffee,great service by friendly staff.But the washroom was disgusting, cleaning is first. So clean the washrooms more often and with respect for the next person. I no you can do better.

Came in for breakfast and there was still trash and crumbs from the previous day on the tables. The drive thru has a very dumb design clashing with the parking lot. They constantly get orders wrong even after you speak very clearly and correct them several times. Terrible place.

I go there quite frequently and notice the verbal abuse some of the younger/teen staff receive from the manager, one young lady just got on shift at the baker and five minutes later the manager was yelling at her for not having something and blaming her then proceeded to walk away and talk to another older lady and rudely bash the poor girl, and the outburst the manager has I have witnessed her throw objects, sauce bottles, knives, the headsets and go into screaming and yelling fits, and also when you tell them about a mistake they made she is extremely rude once she knows she is in the wrong her attitude instantly changes. I truly feel bad for the young people who have to work there and go through this mental and verbal abuse the owners should have an undercover person go in and expose this mean old lady that they entrusted to be a manager.
