Great place to take your metal for recycling.Prices are fair and they seem very honest.They actually weigh the product in your viewNot like a competitor .... that takes the metal to scale outside of your view.....especially (copper)This competition does not show you ... scale .but you rely on them to bring the weights to the cashier...I totally recommend them !

Carlos is a fair and honest guy. Ive never had a single thing to complain about. Prices are always up to speed.And good staff members.Best experinece ive had in the city with other recycling depots by far.

The service wasn't great, had to bargain and haggle for pricing and gave very low ball pricing

Just went there and the gates were closed....tried calling from three different phones and no answer. It's 1pm so they should be open. Not sure what's going on???

This is the only place i take my scrap. Carlos keeps up to date with the current and sometimes daily price increase/decrease in the scrap market.... Fast, and fair prices. They dont riip u off here like other places. your scrap recycling is hands down my #1 place to go

Very nice people, friendly and helpful. But I wish their prices on some stuff were a little more $$, lol. I like taking my scrap to them anyways

Excellent customer service, returned my missed call, and when all other scrap metal shops either didnt answer, was too busy to help me or ran out of money, Howden Recycling came through, even waited for me after they closed:-) Best price in town to my knowledge, I am overall satisfied and happy doing business and will be coming back in the future.

These guys are the best to work with they are more then fare and if you don't understand they help you too understand all about metals I personally love these guys and I will not go anywhere else besides they are locals

I've been going there for years. At first I wasn't making much money until I was taught by employees what I was doing wrong. Now I do pretty well. However as of lately things aren't runny as smooth or quickly as it did before they lost Richmond. Carlos is a one man show out there in the elements doing the work of a whole crew. I can see he's getting a little exhausted out there. I consider him a close acquaintance and wish I could help out but I can't because I'm a customer. To the owner... Carlos needs a reliable helper so please hire him someone to help him before he is forced to take time off to re-energize. Howden has always been my goto spot and I do not want to deal with those other picky a$$#oles who only buy what they want from from whom they want to buy it from.

Great customer service in and out no bs. Doesn't pay enough but neither do the rest
