Attended my first ever Reflexology session - I highly recommend this therapy for anybody

I have booked an appointment for a massage, the clinics I normally go to were booking into December/JanuaryUnfortunately I am not feeling the greatest today and I went to cancel my appointment on line however there was no way of doing that. I have no home line and my husband took my phone I was upgrading.I got my phone back close to 12:30, at that point I received a phone call and a message stating I missed the appointment and if I was coming and there will be a no show fee.I also received 2 emails in a row showing no concern about me or why I could have missed the appointment it was cold and straight to the point “no show fee”I write back explanation and I received another email which was a lecture about how the massage therapist gets paid and I need to pay a no show fee and at the end the last paragraph was “we appreciate you not coming in sick”So because I did not call and because I chose to stay home and not put others at risk they are charging me, had I known that be the case I would have showed up sick since their priority is the pay cheque.I said I would pay it but the experience with the clinic no specific person since the email was signed “massage addict” left a sour taste. I am so thankful that I am sick and missed the appointment I would hate to be just another paycheque at the clinic rather then a person.If I could give a negative star for the customer relations I would.

I found the clinic very unprofessional. This was my first time visiting the clinic. My appointment was ten minutes late at which point I told the receptionist I had a hard stop on the hour and then she went to see what the massage therapist was doing. Reception seemed very unorganized. When I finally started my massage 15 minutes late I walked into a room that smelt like cigarettes and an very loud and broken HVAC system. While the massage itself was nice and the people were kind the experience was not professional nor were the people.

Had a massage with RMT Ron and he was amazing! Very professional and sweet. Pressure was perfect and he listened to what I wanted focused on and I feel so much better. He even spoke with me after to go over stretches to do to help benefit me in the future. Very thankful and highly recommend.

Nice atmosphere and great staff. Relaxing and therapeutic massage was wonderful.

I had massaged with Nabil Faltas RMT #V106 on Jan 31, 2023 and it was very unprofessional. I asked him for deep tissue massage and he kept rubbing the oil. When I convey the message across that i can take more pressure, he rudely replied that he can end the session if that pressure is not enough, well there was not pressure applied at all (total SCAM). I talked to the manager and she does not seem to be understanding, well only good part was the receptionist. Good luck.. It is now MAY 11, 2023. I sent an email to the address mentioned in the reply, but I never received any response which tells me that they don't care. Good luck. I wish I can take away all the stars

Lille was very professional, explained the various approaches she takes to ensuring the best pressure and technique is applied. She also took the time to inform me of her vast experience. Her massage on my calf area especially really helped me with my achilles tendonitis. Thank you Lille!

While the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they charge 22% higher then the current industry standard. I don’t think I will be returning as my insurance refuses to fully cover my appointments because of the over charges.

Professional and nice. Great service. Wonderful therapists. Zannatun and Jonathan are outstanding as therapists - helped me a lot with the pain, I feel so much better. You can come for a single appointments or subscribe to monthly ones. Prices are good, lower than in other places. Great way to take care of yourself.
