There are alot of good places like Lawyer (Mattoo and Associates) and restaurant like Afghan Chopan.Apex Physio located in York Centre is a great place to go if you are looking for physiotherapy treatment. Deepak Grover is an excellent therapist that listens and provides good care for his patients. I highly recommend this place and him specifically.Alot of ground level shops. Great place to find lunching and items for purchase.Surrey. A hub of Commercial Buildings occupied by Clothing, Fashion and other small businesses. Ground floor mostly occupied by retail stores and upper floors rented / leased /owned by service providers like realtors, mortgage advisors, accountants, law firms and other service providers.

Most of the shops are Indian. Much variety for wedding wear and jewelry

Parking can be challenging. It may have just been the snow piles or exceptionally busy but I ended up parking a long way from the business I was visiting.

Not bad, but a couple of shops are helpful, like Afghan chopan, Air tickets agent, Currency exchange and homeopathy clinic.
