We recently purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon. Throughout the paperwork process, there were a lot of add ons (not uncommon for a dealership) along with warranty package options - which were not explained very well, as far as the extra costs (we didn’t end up getting them).If you plan on purchasing a vehicle here, I highly recommend getting the documents sent via email first so you have time to go through them vs having a stack of papers thrown at you expecting to just sign on the spot.Once the paperwork was done and the vehicle was ours, we noticed the A/C did not work. They covered the cost to get it repaired at our local dealership but doesn’t leave a warm and cozy feeling knowing you just spend almost 50K and they didn’t check the vehicle functionality thoroughly. Nevertheless, I’m thankful for their sales rep Alex for making this a smooth process.Several weeks later, we are now waiting for a reply from Ray who said he would get back to us regarding a tire warranty, as we got a flat and have been using a spare since. It’s been over two weeks since our initial inquiry and still haven’t gotten any answers.I read on another comment how the service doesn’t stop after the purchase of a vehicle but it sure doesn’t feel like that’s the case. We would not recommend this dealer and hope someone gets back to us this week.

Excellent service from CJ. Called about an incoming truck and he kindly took the time to explain and go through the shipment delays and issues of trucks at this time. Very professional. As soon as I am able, I will be ordering a truck from him and this dealership.

Called about a vehicle advertised on their website, called to confirm it was available and was told to come see it. Drove 1 hr to be told it was never available and they post it as an example of what you could order.Had them appraise my vehicle while I was there and never received a response for the value. We purchased a 22' Chevy Traverse RS from Searles and absolutely love it. From the moment we saw it, we knew it was meant to be ours. Tara, Alyssa and the team were extremely helpful and promptly got back to me when I had any questions. I suggest using Searles whether you are local to Ingersoll or from afar.

Bought my 2020 Chevy Colorado and was very happy with the experience! I live in London and thought i'd take my Truck to a local Dealer for it's first service as was more convenient! In doing so i noticed a cracked head lamp cracked on the inside! Probably rite from the factory! When i showed the service manager at the local dealer he dismissed it as i having hit something so no warranty! I was told to take it back to the original dealer i had bought it from so i did! and Searles was happy to replace the lamp and do my service they had me in and out!! i won't be going to the local dealer!! It's well worth going to Ingersoll and will do so! i would also recommend these rural dealers they seem to appreciate you business more so than the big local Dealerships!

Dependable and honest dealership.I've purchased a few vehicles from various dealerships in the area. The sales team at Searles, especially Alex McClay, is outstanding. They truly go to work for you and your money. Unlike some places in the area, after the purchase of your $60, 70, 80 thousand dollar new General Motors vehicle, the excellent sales and service treatment doesn't stop. Todd in the service department is so great to deal with, no hassle and no stress, just solutions and answers. A true straight shooter for the automotive enthusiast. I will be purchasing my second truck from Searles in the spring and would strongly recommend anyone who has had issues with either sales or service to come in ask for Alex or Todd.

No hidden fees, no high pressure sales tactics, just friendly, personal service. We love our new Silverado, and hope to have it for many years but will definitely be back to Searles and their Team when it's time for new again.
