All the staff here are lovely but hours for plasma donations were cut back recently. I typically donate every week after school/work but now the latest appointments are available seems to be around 4:30. I can book an appointment for 6 but it gets automatically canceled. Unfortunately since they now close before most people are out of work, I won't be able to return until the hours are changed which is very disappointing.

I honestly love this place and almost everyone who works here. I didn't get the name of the lady who found my vein this time but she was amazing. Also shout out to Lee? For giving me the teal color wrape that I requested. Also huge thanks to Chantelle for rushing over when I didn't feel well and for being funny as heck when filling out paperwork after. Amazing staff. Like they say not all heroes wear capes. ❤️Thank you to everyone who works here and who donate.
