Gouging - he was here for less than 2 hrs. (my wife corrected me, 1 hr & 20 min) and charged us $650. Beware, make sure you get a quote of the actual amount BEFORE you say “yes.” He quotes by the square foot and caught us in a vulnerable stressed (last minute moving) position without realizing what the total cost would be. I never asked what the total amount would be. That’s over $500/hr. I talked to him about his charge and he stood on the price per square foot justification.
