I've been a client of this brokerage for probably 20 years and I have only good things to say about them. Their customer service is fantastic..... patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasure to interact with. I've had other brokerages approach me trying to save me a few bucks here or there per month but it's not worth it. I'll stick with North City.John McCarthy

It is very rare when I leave reviews I cannot stress that enough.It is my first time hunting for insurance.North city stood out as friendly and professional compared to the 9 other insurance companies I delt with.Vickie is outstanding and I hope she gets recognized for how easy she made it for me. Edit: I am no longer in love with this company, we lost a lot of our, “bundle,” discounts and the rates went up over $1000 in two years for 4 policies. When we called for a better rate there was, “nothing,” they could do, we have since moved back to bel air.
