The staff are amazing and the selection is great.EDITED: From 5 stars to two stars are for the OWNERS, who seem to have made the decision that it is more economic to keep their staff at a skeleton crew with NO SECURITY even after dark. It is insane and I am appalled that any person would pull security out of such a profitable shop with such heavy traffic on a street that has constant incidents".SHAME on you for keeping your wonderful staff AND THE CUSTOMERS in danger just to make a greater profit! If anything happens to your workers I hope it is visited on you 10 fold!"

so kind and really appreciate the staff! I came in to buy something and the staff was so kind, then afterwards I was waiting for my Uber outside the store. As I was waiting, a man shouted stuff at me and I shouted back for him to leave me alone. He got mad and approached me aggressively I assume wanting to fight me and swearing at me. So I went in the store and he tried following me and they kicked him out, and made me feel so comfortable and safe! I don’t know their names but these two women were amazing! I greatly appreciate it, and I hope all the staff are safe from any negative situations like this! Just wanted to shout them out!

I don't understand why people are so down on the staff here: they're helpful and friendly when prompted and leave you alone if they see you just going straight for the cooler. Oh, right, Forest Hill... but ya, these front-line, essential workers who get about 2 paid holidays a year, work 12 hour shifts, who get to match wits with legions of Karens daily should be kissing our bums for shopping in a store they have no stake in, making about 14/hr... in the middle of a pandemic. Stay classy, Toronto, and Happy New Year!

I didn't go here but my friend did & bought a nice Ontario Pinot Noir. You can get good wine but it's on the pricey side & especially for the quality, which is ok but for that price I can get a better one at an LCBO outlet.

Excellent customer service. Ran in here 5 minutes before close and the staff were great. No rolled eyes, no sighs, even offered a sample when they were closing up.
