You will need to have patience with them as this time of year they are super busy. and due to covid and no one wanting to work they are under staffed. So of you can't get a hold of them on the phone to book and appointment just get in your car and drive over and book an appointment. Krown bolton has to be one of the best rust control places I've been to and the quality of service I receive from them every year is what keeps me coming back. I've been going here for years and I've never experienced rude staff not sure why so many reviews say that staff is rude.

Workmanship is good but professionalism is dismal . Staff began to criticize a customer who was not satisfied with the krown application to his vehicle. Customer was polite and professional, staff member was way out of line with the negative comments about the customer particularly the derogatory comment about his ancestry. Trash talk behind a customers back in front of other customers , classless, guy should be fired.

Rustproofing. Good job and very thorough.. however staff is normally very rude. I thought the first time I attended that it was a one off day, they were busy etc. but since attending numerous times during the years, I have figured out they are just like that. Fine. The last time I brought a vehicle in for rustproofing, I opened the tailgate of my truck when I got home and noticed two screws fell out. I did not know where they went until a month later when my whole brake assembly was found hanging off my truck. Not rocket science to figure out they removed the screws and failed to put them back in again. Won't be back again. Sad because they are conveniently here in Bolton but not worth the aggravation.

Brought all 5 of my trucks here. A must when protecting your investment. Customer service was outstanding and super friendly. I have a couple Krown's near me but prefer to drive 30 mins to have these guys and girl service my vehicles. Highly recommended. Worth every penny

Customer service needs a refreshing.Place is small. Left my windshield a mess too.Glad i could get it done, just wished I had more to say. I did get a complimentary 2021 calendar. Thats worth a star on its own.

Stay away. Owner is rude and they never answer the phone. Left many messages and e-mails and never answer back. Used to be better but I think it is too much for the owner and as a result customer service has gone down the drain. Go some place else where they value the customer.
