Very inconsistent pho. I’ve had great bowls of soup here but today there was too much oil on top. The service is extremely slow, you have to wait forever for your food. Spring rolls weren’t very special either, they lack flavour.

I have had a good experience before but with our last order it was unacceptable! Very bad experience, where everything we ordered was burnt! Both appetizers were over done and parts were burnt! The chicken was so dry and over cooked that we couldn’t even bite through it!! The tofu was dry and pieces were burnt. Not one dish was edible. We called to notify the restaurant, nothing was done to rectify the problem. Burnt, inedible food is not acceptable

My husband and I ordered the pork skewer spring rolls. We had a good laugh at the skinny strip of meat that came in the spring rolls but brushed it off. Then my meal came. I ordered the grilled pork chop, fried egg and meat pie. That was the saddest looking meat pie if I’ve ever seen one. Thankfully there were 2 pieces of pork chops otherwise I’d have been starving after finishing my meal. Thankfully the taste was there but just annoying that their portions are incredibly off.

Ordered House Special Pho and upgrade to extra-large to share with family.The soup's taste tends to be salty.The portion size is small compared with other pho restaurants in town.(even I ordered Extra large)Service is below standard.The environment is ok, but it runs a bit dirty as the kitchen is open and close to the sitting area.I do not recommend anyone go there, do yourself a Favour and go somewhere else.We went there on Jan 3rd, 2023, at noon. The place is half empty, and we were sitting in the corner.This is not a restaurant; it is more like a fast-food chain with some additional services. You need to go to the front desk to place your order and pay upfront (tips also upfront )So, they have this notice on their door saying they do not have sriracha sauce. That is ok for me. But they did not tell you that they also don't have bean sprouts. What kind of pho on earth does not come with bean sprouts and Thai basil? (at least in every single pho that I ever order in my life, every bowl comes with these two things.)NOONE absolutely NOBODY mentioned it to me before I placed the order and before I paid and even paid tips for their ridiculous service.So, When I got my pho, this is what it looks like. I went to ask if they forgot my bean sprout.They said: No we don't have it today."No sorry nothing. So

Food was good and but i feel like customer service can be better.. other than that the pho was delicious.. the portions were generous.. overall it was a pretty nice

The food and service has improved a lot recently. Ran who is a server here is very attentive and friendly. My favourite dishes are the Deluxe vermicelli and Shanghai Noodles. I also enjoy the Vietnamese drip coffee which can be enjoyed hot or cold.

We went there for lunch…didn’t know that we had to pay first before we ate? Tables were a little dirty…didn’t like the idea that we had to get our own water refill. There were no hot sauce on the tables? Only hoisin sauce. The egg rolls were very small 5 pieces! ( not worth the price) The pho was very tasty but noodles were a bit on the hard side . Overall experience was that it was pricey and not worth my money! Better to go to other places on Sargent ave or Arlington/William for pho to get your money’s worth!

Kind service and food is good taste. Waitress is patience enough and helpful. It worth the tips. But one point made me upset, they do not allow anyone to bring their own food into this place, even I promise I would not eat them here. Then the waitress asked me whether she took my food to their back, and once I leave here, she could bring it to me.Anyway, without this unhappy odds, this restaurant is good, especially I like its bright lights and tables. Clean and comfy.
