I recently made a visit to this fido store and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had, I decided to move from bell over the fido and I thought it was going to be a stressful mess, but to my surprise it was super easy. I met very nice guy named Salim who helped me out, we also had a great conversation about this movie called Brother Bear" were be both shared a little tear for it's sad story. But overall it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this store to anyone."

Had such a great experience thanks to Zakira.Had originally been told by a different rep I would need to call into the to contact center. After a fustrating 30mins+ over the phone being transferred around I ended up talking to a Roger's tech whose solution was to migrate my service to Rogers.Hung up, as I did not want to deal with a migration at the moment. Went back into the store to speak to Zakira and she went straight to a solution. Such an angel.So happy to see her as the assistant manager- looking forward to seeing her in bigger managerial roles, training all under her to provide this level of service!!

After 6 months of incompetent employees of Fido either in Saint Laurent, rideau or billing bridges….Today I have decided to close my accounts with Fido And deal with another company . Luckily for Fido i went to their store in billing bridges and met Mr. Salim who professionally solved all my problem with Fido. He was able to transfer my daughter’s account to mine. He took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know and willing to give me the great service that Fido’s clients deserve.He is professional and has great personality.I recommend you Mr. Salim in case you have any inquiries regarding your account with Fido.Thank you Mr. Salim

I had a wonderful experience with Julian and Zakira. I was helping a family friend solve an issue with her account and she had a special situation that made the issue more complicated. We went to other Fido stores before and the other store employees refused to help and just said no without even trying. Zakira and Julian were patient and helpful. They kept helping us for a long time and explained things patiently while trying multiple solutions.I know it can be seen as them just doing their jobs but good customer service and kindness can go along way in easing someone’s stress and really have an impact on them.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service I received! I was greeted by Mr. Salem, who offered me a service that was nothing short of exceptional. He answered all my questions with great professionalism and took the time to transfer my phonebook from my old phone to my new one. I highly recommend the fido billing bridge center.

Just went for an Express pickup on my new phone, Maya helped me at the desk and Eddie was taking good care of another customer. They had an encountered a tech issue while checking me out, they remain calm and collected. They solved the issue and I was able to walk out in 15 mins. Very good service today at the Billings Fido. Thanks guys

Best FIDO experience at this store. Grateful of the attentive, helpful& knowledgeable interaction with Julian (StoreManager) & Eddy. Last year Julian pleasantly took time clarify my concern on the New Phone, though unfortunately I got that from other Service Provider butbstill.on FIDO Plan, she also kindly let me re-charge my phone's low battery in the Store. Recently Eddy's Efficiency clarifying my query on new DataPlan competing from other Service Provider as FIDO's 'Online-Chat system' failed in expected clarification but also lengthy time consumed. Appreciated Julian&Eddy's professional services &all their other Colleagues at this Store offered to FIDO clients in need. Thank you very much.

Salim is a great associate. It was the second time he was helping me and every time he was very professional, helpful and patient. The previous time he even stayed after store closure to set up my phone. Very appreciate his help and support.
