The employee who packed our bags was extremely rude. Do not tell me to stand further away from my own items. If I want to pack my groceries, it is my decision to do so and you can move away if you wish. Afterwards, she had the nerve to begin her salespeech for an upgraded membership or credit card I assume. No thanks. Unfortunately, this isn't the first annoyance we've experienced at Costco Boucherville, we will be switching to Costco Saint-Bruno where employees are overall nicer.

I went to pick up fresh flowers. There was a good variety. The lady responsible for flowers even got us fresher flowers from the refrigerator - very helpful!

Went to tire center. the service was very bad compared to my experience with Costco in Brossard, Longueil and Candiac.The front desk person did not seem customer friendly, May be because it was busy but in Brossard I have seen busier days where they explain well the process.After I give the car I get no document back. In other places they Bill and give me the invoice to be kept. No explanation in torque adjustment after few kilometers of tire change while in Brossard they explain what is written in the invoice before we leave with the key.

This is a great Costco location on the South Shore. It is big and has a good selection. The meat and fish is the best here at the prices you can't beat. There are also plenty of other stores nearby to do all of your shopping in one shot. This location can get crowded on the weekends so if you can, do your shopping on the weekdays. Now, because it is in the 20 you can sometimes get stuck in traffic around 4-5pm on weekdays.

There was so much people!!! Never go there on weekend, I didn't really have another choice... The products are almost always there, you can easily find what you are looking for, and the personel is always helpful XD

there is always something that they don't have; once looking to buy walnuts...didn't have, today looking for grape seed oil...didn't have...kefir 3.25 in a seau ( bucket) ...never had that.....and so on....

I loved the Costco Boucherville. We always go there.But this afternoon, the cashier stole 100$ of my cash ( I gave her 480$, and she counted in front of me. But after she took the money always, she input 380$ to the caisse). She was very rude. No respect to her customer. I am waiting for their investigation results.

As usual, costco is always top notch. I recommend buying extra space to store all the things you will buy. Boucherville is up to the standard of the other costcos. Great place, very efficient and much wow!

Bad experience with the tire service; I requested some one who speaks English, this person came and I explained him the state of my tires, my summer tires were above the limit (16 mm) of their use, they have one more season to go. Explained this, I came back 1 hr 20 min after, they did not anything and they claimed have called me, no a single call, I lost my time. First time I bring my car to Costco and the last.
