Teresa came to our defence during a complicated situation involving an eviction process for non-payment of rent. As small Landlords in Ontario, it can be daunting to navigate the LTB process alone. Teresa provided invaluable advice and ensured that our filing was in order prior to the LTB hearing. She skillfully presented our case at the hearing and we received the order that we needed to regain possession of our property.
