Our experience with Protein Chefs has been nothing short of miraculous. Their meals are very diverse and extremely flavourful. Being their customer in the past I was sold on the taste but my only concern was about the repetitiveness of their meals. I’m happy to report they have significantly improved the variety of their recipes. Despite having 3 of their meals every single day for almost 5 months straight I am still hooked! The food tastes great and they keep adding recipes to keep things interesting. What’s more is their meals have solid nutritional information so I was able to track my intake accurately. Strongly recommend trying them if you haven’t yet.Oh and the other great thing is I haven’t had to worry about grocery shopping or meal prepping in such a long time its truly a blessing.

Visiting my father this week and found these guys while searching for meal prep services in Mississauga and am I ever glad I did!Tried my first meal this morning, Lemon Coconut Ricotta Pancakes, they were fresh, fluffy and soo tasty! Definitely give these guys a try!
