Great service! Very fast and great quality :)

I've printed with UT poster 3 times and I will no longer be using their service. They used to bribe people to give them five star reviews with (empty) Tim Hortons gift cards, and I couldn't reach them on the phone when they messed up my recent poster proof.Twice, the printed posters had distorted colours which they blamed me for. I didn't even bother going forward with my fourth poster because they seemingly ran out of red ink and changed all the reds to orange. If I wanted to resubmit a proof, I wouldn't have made their cutoff time.

Do not print posters here. If you get a proof back that needs tweaking they won’t send you another proof. They expect you to just pay without seeing what the final product will look like. If you ask to see the updated proof they’ll just tell you to take your business to an in-person photo printing shop. The information they give you is completely contradictory from one email to the next. Truly the most unhelpful business I’ve ever encountered. Deserves 0 stars.I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. They are completely unprofessional.

Unfortunately, UTPoster did not fulfill my order as requested. They offered unreliable service for something needed in the one-day turnaround time (which is a serve that they do offer) and I will not try to use them again.

Just tried to call, the number was engaged (so they are there using the phone). Tried to call again, they did not pick up. Called repeatedly and they do not bother to pick up. Final time, got message that the number is busy. So they took it off the hook to not receive calls. What an unprofessional poor service this is.

I love the staff there, Super fast and amazing service. Super high quality prints. 10/10 recommend

Possibly the worst service I've ever received. I ordered the same day service and they emailed me back saying they needed extra time because the file I gave them was corrupted (?). 3 days later I got an email that they cancelled my order. I had to rush to TPH, and they got the job done within 1 day. I recommend everyone to just go to TPH instead of dealing with the hassle.

Have printed both a fabric and glossy paper poster here. Both were high quality and done promptly.

Awful awful service ! Will never come back here again. I have ordered for same day pick up, followed all the instructions. They have not only delayed my order to be picked up after 5 pm, but also left me standing in front of the door for half an hour Eventhough they have specified that they will be opened. AWFUL SERVICE

I want to start this off by saying that I have never written a bad review on Google before, and have had negative experiences with customer service in the past. The fact that I am taking time to write this shows how frustrating and terrible the customer service I received through UT poster was. I am surprised that they have such a good rating on Google but a majority of those reviews are from 3+ years ago.I had an important poster presentation on Friday and submitted my poster for printing by 9AM on Thursday morning. I received an e-proof by email which specifically stated NOT to pay if you needed to make updates to your poster, so I held off on paying and sent back a few edits. I was then told around 11AM when I called to clarify when I should pay (while waiting for my new e-proof) that I had missed the deadline to pay, and that my poster would not be ready by end of day. I explained that I was simply following the instructions they provided and that I'd be happy to pay right then and there, but they asked me to send them an email detailing the issue and that they'd get back to me in 5 minutes. I did not hear back from them so called, and did not get a response. I called them EIGHTEEN times within 1.5 hours and received no response. I emailed FOUR times as well, explaining that I really needed this done today and would like them to call me back to discuss. I was not able to go in person. They did not bother to reply to my emails, phone calls, or print my poster in the end. I ended up desperately calling around Toronto and TPH did it last minute, with no concerns or communication issues whatsoever.I am shocked at the absolute lack of interest in basic respect and customer service. I have multiple friends who have printed through UT Poster but I just want to caution you - if you do anything that requires customization (e.g. make a simple edit), good luck. I will never go to UT poster again.
